It's been about three years since the events of the last chapter.
Ben has grown to be about 5 foot 9 inches, which makes him an inch taller than Momo and Kaina.
Ben's arsenal of aliens has also increased, with him having unlocked all the aliens up to Omniverse. Minus Alien X, of course.
There's also something else. Ben has surpassed All Might in the hero rankings, for both popularity and how many villains he has taken down.
Right now, there is a crowd of people watching a villain fight. There is a giant villain, who is yelling loudly and causing chaos on a train track.

There are several heroes around as well. Backdraft, who is keeping the crowd from getting too close to the fight with his water.
