The Campers have finally escaped Isla Nublar and are heading toward what they believe to be Costa Rica. But an unexpected turn of events leaves the six shipwrecked on an island full of secrets, mysteries, and threats they have never encountered before.

ACT I

Black

Waves sound in the background

Ent. Yacht sailing in the night. The fog is heavy but a faint light can be seen through the broken glass of the cabin above.

Show an unknown shadow coming over the deck. It slows and passes Yaz who is asleep against a chair and Kenji in the other one. Sammy is laying on the ground beside Yaz.(the camera isn't wide and we can't tell if anyone else if there) The shadow turns and heads towards a ladder that leads to the top. It stops and a hand grips the ladder.

Ent. Brooklyn

Brooklyn looks behind her, then continues up the ladder. She pulls herself up and comes to face an open door. She stops for a moment before heading inside and glancing out the broken windows into the endless sea. She sighs. Looks down at the controls and sees the Compass. Reaches towards it and picks it up, holding it gently.

Footsteps sound.

Brooklyn spins around in surprise. Puts the compass in her pocket. She gives a small yelp and hits Kenji in the face for defense. His captain's hat flips off and lands beside her.

Ent. Kenji

Kenji: Ow!

He backs up and rubs his nose.

Brooklyn: Don't sneak up on someone like that!

Kenji: Sorry(muffled). I was coming to check our course. We notice that he looks a little pale and his voice is horse.

Brooklyn: Thought you were aome...(stops). (Listens and lifts her head) Ben come out(says to no one), I know you are there too!

Ent. Ben. He is hiding outside the door and reveals himself.

Brooklyn: (Angrily) Is privacy impossible here?

Ben: Please don't hit me(looks defensive, puts up hands).

Brooklyn shakes her head. She looks back to Kenji and he flinches.

Brooklyn: Are you good?

Kenji: Me, yes. But my nose might have complicated feelings.

Kenji leans over and picks up his hat, places it on his head and fixes the angle. He smiles. Ben lowers his hands.

Ben: Brooklyn, why are you up? Couldn't sleep?

Brooklyn: Ummm... something like that(says with an uncertain tone)?

Ent. Yaz

Yaz: Is there a party up here?

Brooklyn, Ben, and Kenji look over to Yaz who is just visible from the ladder. Her arm is slouched over the top dramatically and one eyebrow is raised.

Brooklyn: No, why do you ask?

Yaz:(tilts her head) Sure looks like it from here.
