Annabeth was over the moon. Thalia was coming to visit for the first time in months. Annabeth missed her more than anything. Of course, she had Grover and, Percy. She was super close with Percy. With everything they had been through they had become really close. She really liked being his friend, like really liked. Then Thalia knocked and kicked open the door " WHATS UP MY FAVORITE BITCH!" Annabeth rolled her eyes and ran over to Thalia. 

After catching up Thalia looked over at Annabeth with a grin. " Soooo what's up with you and Percy?" Thalia laid down and started kicking her feet back and forth. Annabeth blushed and started to stutter. " Ummmmm nothing, why do you ask?" Thalia looked at her and smirked. " Are you seriously going to look me in the eyes and say you don't want a hot make out with PERCY JACKSON." Annabeth was horrified. " w-well uh... uh " Thalia just laughed and said             " Annabeth, you can be honest with me. You like him and that's okay." 

*many hours later*

" UGH FINE.......maybe, I do like him." Thalia got up and started running around the cabin in excitement. Thalia had known from the start. She saw the way Percy used to look at Annabeth when they were younger. She may have been a tree, but that doesn't mean she didn't see all of the 'friendly' flirting or, the way Percy would just sit and stare at Annabeth. Thalia snapped out of her fangirl trance to see Annabeth fidgeting nervously with her hair. They had a conversation that went a little like this. 

T: Annabeth stop it right now! You just want to date your best friend, that happens all the time!

A: How does this happen all the time?!

T: Don't worry about it, how do we get Percy to know you're into him? 

A: We don't! I don't want him finding out, what if it ruins everything we have?

T: Annabeth can't you see? Percy is totally head over heels for you! 

A: And how exactly do you know that?

T: I may have been a tree but for years I saw him just stare at you, and since I'm alive again, I see him talk to Grover. Grover and I have been planning your relationship for years!

A: Because that's not creepy at all...

T: Whatever. We need to formulate some sort of secret plan to get you together. 

somewhere with Percy and Grover....

"It's so obvious you like her dude!" Percy just looked at Grover in shock. Grover wasn't wrong, Percy knew Annabeth was special from when he first met her. Her hair was gorgeous, it was so soft and almost golden. She was so witty, that's how she earned her nickname 'wise girl'. He always used to think back on all their weird memories with each other which he was about to do when Grover snapped him out of his thoughts. "Hey dude, come on you have to tell her." Percy wanted too so badly but, he didn't know how to. Percy started blabbing on and on about how he was going to tell her. He spat out at least a hundred ideas. Finally, Percy came up with the idea to write some letters. Percy had seen it in some romance his mom made him watch, it was called a secret admirer. Grover thought the idea was genius. Percy was willing to take Grover's words because he was the one in a steady relationship. So that was Percy's plan, write some sappy-ass letter, put it in the Athena cabin with her name on it. It was rather simple, but it was still scary. 

*two days later*

Annabeth hopped out of the shower stall and went over to the sinks. She gave a poor attempt to run a brush through her hair. She eventually just gave up and threw it up in a ponytail. As she walked out of the bathroom and started to wander back to the Athena cabin, she felt a person ram into her back. She stumbled forward but didn't fall. She turned back, " Hey watch where you're goi-" she looked up and saw it was her seaweed brain. He laughed and just brushed dirt off her shoulder. Annabeth was bored anyway, she had no plans that day. " Hey do you want to hang out today?" Annabeth asked the son of Posiden. Percy just stuttered, " Uh-uh um yeah sure." He ran away and hid in his cabin for an hour.
