My name is Skylar Landers. I go to Breakers High and frankly I'm what you'd consider a nerd. I'm smart, get the best grades in the school (Mr.Avery, my science teachers, thinks that I'll be the valedictorian in senior year), and I only have one friend. By all standards I should be unnoticeable ... but I'm not. I just happen to have purple eyes. Let me just give you an image of me: long dark brown hair, an athletic build, and my purple eyes. Whenever anyone asks how I have purple eyes, I have no answer. I was adopted. I love my family to death, but I just want to know about why I look this way.
Anyway, I may be the captain of the varsity volleyball league, but the girls there only pretend to be nice because I'm their only hope at winning. I just work my way though high school, hoping that the outside world would be different.
