Hello
Keefe's POV
Me and Tam have been dating for about three weeks now.
We'd already come out to all of our friends.
And surprisingly they all said they supported us.
I was currently at my house, on the couch with Tam, sipping my tea without a care in the world.
Well...
Tam was ranting about his life. Again.
It was the...fourth time in the past three days.
"We emos to get home, for the darkness engulfs the world, blinding the world like it wasn't already sickly blinded with ignorance already, Keefe!" Tam was saying.
"Yep," I agreed, not really focusing on anything.
Thanks for the line, HilmGrapes
"Keefe!" Tam exclaimed, snapping me to attention.
"Hmm?" I asked.
"I feel like you aren't paying attention," he grumbled, sinking into his seat.
"Tammy, of course I am! But...it's just that..."
"What?"
"Well, you've kinda said the same things over and over again this last week, and honestly it's kinda getting repetitive."
"I'm sorry."
"No, no, no. Don't feel sorry. You can talk to me! It's just that you've been talking about the same thing a lot. Though, I don't really get why."
He took a deep breath. "Because."
"Because why?"
"Reasons."
"What reasons?"
"Just reasons, okay?!" He snapped. I recoiled a little.
I bit my lip and looked away. I hated to make Tam get angry with me.
I heard him sigh. "Look, I'm sorry Keefe, but I don't want to talk about it."
"Okay."
The silence was deafening.
The murderer was exposed on the TV, but neither of us cared. We were too absorbed in our thoughts.
