The burning train in the distance.
It shrieks, as it struggles to stop,
Shattering the haunting midnight silence.
The flames roar as the train stands,
Waiting on the midnight travellers,
In this mysterious land of fog and flame.
Even the cruelest of sinners are afraid of the dark figure of immense rage,
It looms over the tracks looking back into the souls of even the soulless
Rattling them to the bone,
Shattering all constructs of belonging to a home.
A land where no one is safe,
And everyone is playing an endless game.
A game of fire, a game of ice,
A game of prophecies coming of age,
A game of life, a game of death
Never to betray the one true fear and the one true sage.
