I bent my thumb back hard, tapping my foot against the floor, I inhaled hard and held my breath again. I bowed my head and shut my eyes, my hands firmly against each other. "Help me lord.." I whispered, a tear meeting the edge of my medical mask.
Last time I'd EVER say yes to a walk in the park with daddy's friends.
