Harry, Ron, and Hermione entered Hogsmeade, they were greeted by the delightful sight of charming, rustic buildings with thatched roofs and colourful window shutters. The trio made their way down the bustling High Street, with the sound of chatter and laughter filling their ears. The sweet scent of Honeydukes confectionery wafted through the air, tempting them to stop by for some of their favourite treats.

The bustling throngs of students, added to the jovial atmosphere of the quaint village. Harry couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement as he looked around at the various shops and stalls, each boasting its own unique charm and personality. Ron was already making his way towards the Three Broomsticks, eager to grab a butterbeer with his friends.

As they walked, Hermione noticed a group of Hogwarts prefects, dressed in their smart black robes and badges, patrolling the streets to maintain order. She nodded to them politely, feeling a sense of pride in her own status as a Gryffindor prefect.

"Oi, Ron! Where are you off to?" Harry asked as Ron began to head towards the Three Broomsticks. "Fancy a butterbeer, mate?" Ron grinned, not wanting to be the only one left out.

"Nah, we need to sort out our robes first," Hermione interjected, her tone leaving no room for argument.

Ron grumbled but followed Harry and Hermione, still eyeing up the entrance to the pub. "You don't love butterbeer so much you'd cry like a baby for it, do you?" Harry teased.

"I would've got something else," Ron replied with a face. Hermione smiled at Ron and led the way into Dervish and Banges.

Without a second thought for Harry and Ron, Hermione quickly searched for an assistant to help with her new robes. Ron aimlessly wandered to a shelf, examining random objects. Harry followed him, equally bored.

"Oi, mate, check this out," Ron called to Harry. "What?" Harry asked absentmindedly, playing with an unfamiliar toy.

"A sneakoscope! Didn't Hermione give you one of these before?" Ron asked, peering over at Harry.

"Huh? Can't remember," Harry replied, putting the toy back down, unable to work out its purpose.

"I remember" Ron mumbled and went on to find something more interesting. "Where is Hermione?" Asked Harry, walking away to look for her. Harry looked over a few stalls but he couldn't find Hermione. But his eyes get caught up with something else.

It was a blanket, a very fine blanket indeed. The dark green blanket was adorned with intricate embroidery in silver and gold, forming an elegant pattern of delicate swirls and curls. It was soft and velvety to the touch, with a sheen that caught the light in a most alluring way

The metallic threads glistened in the light, catching the eye with their shimmering beauty. The embroidery was so finely detailed that one could spend hours simply admiring the intricate craftsmanship.

As Harry ran his fingers over the blanket, he could feel the subtle texture of the embroidery, adding depth and dimension to the design. The contrast between the rich green of the blanket and the metallic tones of the embroidery created a sense of luxury and opulence, fit for royalty.

Harry's eyes lit up as he gazed at the beautiful dark green blanket. Without hesitation, he decided to buy it. It would make the perfect gift for Ginny, he thought to himself. He knew she would love the intricate embroidery and luxurious feel of the blanket.

But as he pictured Ginny with his dorm mate, kissing and laughing, Harry's mood darkened. Why had she given him all those hints if she didn't feel the same way? Frowning with disdain, Harry hesitated, his hand lingering over the soft fabric.

Scratch it! He thought to himself, his heart heavy with disappointment. I can buy it for myself.

Shaking off the feelings of rejection, Harry tried to distract himself by perusing the other items in the shop. But his mind kept drifting back to Ginny, the memory of her smile and the sound of her laughter haunting him as he turned to leave.
