[ Yuuta Goshi ]- Unrevealing My Day
****
Yuuta Goshi woke up to the sound of his alarm clock buzzing loudly. He groaned and rolled over, reaching out to turn off the noisy device. It was Monday, the start of a new week and another day of school. He stretched out his arms and let out a sigh, mentally preparing himself for the long day ahead.
After getting dressed and having breakfast, Yuuta picked up his bag and headed out the door. The sun was shining brightly, casting long shadows across the sidewalk as he made his way to school. He enjoyed the peaceful walk, taking in the familiar sights and sounds of his neighborhood.
As he approached the school gates, he saw his two childhood friends waiting for him. Ken Tamago was standing with his arms crossed, looking bored as usual. Tomoya Yuina was next to him, fidgeting with her bag strap and smiling brightly when she saw Yuuta.
"Good morning, Yuuta-kun!" she chirped. "Did you finish the homework assignment for Mr. Sato's class?"
Yuuta nodded, "Of course. I finished it last night."
Ken snorted, "Nerd. I'll just copy yours during class."
Yuuta rolled his eyes, used to Ken's sarcastic comments. They all walked into the school building together, heading towards their classroom.
As they entered the room, Yuuta noticed a new face sitting at the back of the classroom. It was Hina Yuue, a transfer student who had joined their class recently. She was sitting quietly, reading a book and seemingly ignoring everyone else in the room.
Yuuta found himself intrigued by her stoic demeanor and mysterious aura. He couldn't help but wonder what kind of person she was and what she was thinking about. He made a mental note to try and talk to her later.
The morning classes went by slowly, and Yuuta found himself daydreaming during Mr. Sato's lecture. He was snapped out of his thoughts when he heard a soft voice next to him.
"Excuse me, do you have an extra pencil?" Hina asked.
Yuuta turned to her and smiled, "Sure, here you go."
Hina took the pencil and nodded in thanks before turning back to her book. Yuuta couldn't help but feel a little disappointed that their interaction was so brief.
As the day went on, Yuuta found himself distracted by thoughts of Hina. He wondered what kind of books she liked to read, what her favorite color was, and what kind of music she listened to. He knew it was silly to be so curious about someone he barely knew, but he couldn't help himself.
When the final bell rang, Yuuta gathered his things and prepared to head home. He walked out of the classroom and saw Hina walking ahead of him. He hesitated for a moment before calling out to her.
"Hey, Hina! Do you want to walk home together?" he asked.
Hina looked surprised for a moment before nodding, "Sure, I don't mind."
They walked in silence for a few moments before Yuuta spoke up, "So, what kind of books do you like to read?"
Hina paused for a moment before answering, "Mystery novels. I find the twists and turns to be fascinating."
Yuuta smiled, "I like mystery novels too. Have you read any good ones lately?"
They continued to talk about books and other topics, and Yuuta found himself enjoying Hina's company more and more. As they approached her house, Hina turned to him and thanked him for the company.
