"The Yule Ball...has been a tradition of the Triwizard Tournament...since it's inception", Professor McGonagall said, Roseanne leaned her head on Hermione's shoulder, "On Christmas Eve night...we and our guests, gather in the Great Hall for a night of well-mannered frivolity. As representatives of the host school, I expect each and everyone of you to put your best foot forward", Professor McGonagall adds as the students listens

"And I mean this literally because thr Yule Ball is the first and foremost...a dance", Professor McGonagall said as the others gasps, mostly the girls, Roseanne then groans, Hermione giggles, the boys also groans, "Silence! The house of Godric Gryffindor has commanded the respect of the wizard world for nearly 10 centuries, I will not have you, in the course of a single evening, besmirching that name by behaving like a babbling, bumbling band of baboons", Professor McGonagall adds as Roseanne stifle a giggle

"Now to dance is to let the body breathe...inside every girl, a secret swan slumbers longing to burst forth and take flight", Professor McGonagall said, "Something's about to burst out of Eloise Midgen...but I don't think it's a swan", Ron whispers to Seamus as they laugh, Rosie hearing it, glares at him

"Inside every boy, a lordly lion prepared to prance...Mr. Weasley?", Professor McGonagall calls as Ron gulps, "Yes?", Ron asked, Minerva then walks towards him, "Will you join me, please?", Professor McGonagall asks Ron then stands up, following Professor McGonagall at the middle, "Now, pleace your right hand on my waist", Professor McGonagall said

"Where?", Ron asked, "My waist", Professor McGonagall said, as he then placed his arm on her waist, "And extend your arm", Professor McGonagall said as Ron glares at his brothers, the twins, "Mr. Filch, if you pleace", Professor McGonagall said, as the song then started to play, Professor McGonagall starts to count

"Everybody come together...boys, on your feet!!", Professor McGonagall said as the girls stood quickly, leaving Roseanne to stumble when Hermione stood up, as the door opened, they all looked, "Mr. Diggory, what made you come visit?", Professor McGonagall asked, "Oh I...I was told to get a partner for the dance class and I...I can't seem to find someone fitting in my house", Cedric said, as he glanced at Roseanne

"Ah is she here then? Very well, go ahead and ask her to practice with you", Professor McGonagall said, as Cedric then extend his hand to Roseanne, everyone looks at the blonde girl, who then stood up and walked towards Cedric, accepting his hand

"Ah it was Miss Park, I see...very well, why don't you two demonstrate a dance for us?", Professor McGonagall asked, as Cedric looks at Roseanne who sighed and nodded, then Cedric twirl her around and caught her just in time, they began to sway to the music, Roseanne spinning occasionally as Cedric follows her footing

Everyone was in awe with their dance, even the boys seemed interested, and as it ends, Roseanne and Cedric facing the girls, Cedric's left hand on Rosie's waist, as Roseanne's left hand in the air, his right hand was at the bottom of her very own right hand, they stayed like that, as Professor McGonagall claps, the others follows suit

Roseanne was peacefully sketching something as she sat near the river, "I thought I might've find you here", a voice so familiar to her spoke up, "Have a knack for finding me, do you, Jen?", Roseanne asked as she looks up to see Jennie, "I heard Cedric asked you to the dance?", Jennie asked as Roseanne sighs, "I told him to take Cho, but it seems he is determined to reconcile with me", Roseanne said as Jennie nods, sitting next to the blonde

"And I hear you were asked by Blaise?", Roseanne asked as Jennie sighs, "I had no other choice, he's Draco's friend and...if I go solo everyone would ask why and I hate to answer", Jennie said as Roseanne chuckles, "You're thinking about it a bit too hard, my dear Jennie", Roseanne said as Jennie then looks at her, "Since when do you listen to what people ask or say? If you want to go solo, go on, no need to doubt and question yourself, you are Jennie Kim", Roseanne said as Jennie smiles
