(The UA students and other hero schools arrived at the exams to get their Provisional hero license. After All might defeated AFO. He also lost the power of OFA and can no longer be a hero anymore he had no choice but to retire of being the number 1 hero. So now Endeavor is the next number one hero to take his place. Once that was done the rest of the pro heroes will need all the help from the hero schools across Japan. They are afraid that there will be more criminal activity and violence now that All Might is gone and Shigaraki Tomura is still out there along with the rest of the league of villains waiting to make their next move)
Aizawa: Alright everyone we have arrive at the Provisional license exams. Jiruo:"Ah, I'm getting nervous!" Mineta: I wonder what will do...I wonder if I can get my provisional license... Aizawa: Mineta it's not about wether or not you can...go ahead and get it. Mineta: R-right yes sir! Aizawa: If you kids can pass this test and get your provisional license, then you novice eggs will become chicks...You'll hatch into semi-pros do your best. Denki: All right, I'll become a chick! Kirishima: Let's call out the usual! One plus- Boy 1: ULTRAAA!!!

(Bows his head to the ground hard) Denki: What's wrong with this guy he's to hype! Momo: Wait, those uniforms? Bakugo: It's from the famous school in the western side of Japan. UA in the east and Shiketsu in the west...An elite that rivals UA. Inasa: I wanted to try saying it just once plus ultra! I love UA high school! (The young boy came right beside Inasa and his uniform was different then the other Shiketsu's. He was wearing a darker clothing and his hair was green with green eyes. Class 1A and Aizawa were shocked and surprised to see a familiar face) Aizawa:(It can't be!) Iida: No way...Is that you...Izuku? Uraraka: Midoriya?(I was wondering what happened to him?) Izuku: Hello everyone. Nice to see you all again. Oh hey Kacchen nice to see you again too. Bakugo: D-Deku?(How the hell did he get into Shiketsu?!) Izuku: I guess you made it to UA after all.(Smiles)Congratulations. Bakugo:(Stares and gets angry)Guess...What do you mean you guess! Of course I made to UA you stupid nerd-(Try's to attack him but Izuku dodges his attack)
Izuku quickly grabs Bakugo and slams him to the ground hard as he pins him down. All of class 1A was shocked and surprised)
Iida:(So fast!?) Uraraka:(He took down Bakugo with a martial art technique?!) Bakugo:(On the ground)(What the hell! How did he do that!) Izuku: I wouldn't start a fight out here if I were you...Because it could set a bad example to your school.(Gives Bakugo a cold stare) Bakugo:(What happened to him...He's completely different?!) Inasa: YEAH!!! Nice one General! That's our leader!(Praising him while the rest of Shiketsu claps for him) Boy 2: I guess your technique really did help the General Camie. Camie:(Giggles)I guess your right. Tsuyu:(Ribbit)Did he say General? Iida: A Shiketsu General? Mineta: So this guy is the top dog!(Scared) Izuku:(Letting go of Bakugo and bows to apologize)I'm sorry about that everyone. Hope you all do your best. Let's go everyone!(All the Shiketsu's follows him) Aizawa: Yoarashi Inasa...Midoriya Izuku. Tokoyami: You know them Mr. Aizawa? Aizawa: Their...Strong. Last year the same as you guys. Yoarashi got the top scores on those Admitted Recommendations but for some reason he turn down his acceptance. Uraraka:(Recommendations?)(Looks at Shoto)(Shoto was in recommendations too?!) Momo: And the other one...the one that Bakugo tried to attack? Aizawa: The one who just spoke to us now is the leader of the group of Shiketsu. His name is Izuku Midoriya the General who stands on top of all of Shiketsu. Has high combat skills and extremely intelligent. He is also the very first 1st year to be in charge of his school. Everyone in Shiketsu follows his command. 1A:(everyone was shocked on what Aizawa said) Aizawa: Plus the General can also take the Provisional license exams early before the day itself happens. Uraraka: All by himself? Aizawa: No he wasn't alone he was with young Yoarashi who also passed the exams too. Principal Nezu did explain this to me once during the end of the UA sports festival. From the west side Shiketsu's hero sports festival is little more different than UA does. To be a General of Shiketsu is serious responsibility and to be a Shiketsu General leader is to fight your way to the top in order to get that position. Also during the final round of festival events was a match and the last ones were left standing was Young Midoriya, Yoarashi, and a 3rd year boy from the higher grades. Last I've heard these boys make one heck of a team to defeat the last year's General who took the position last year on his 2nd year. After that it was the two of them and they both fought each other tile one was left standing. Then Midoriya ended up winning in the end. They've also ended up defeating a powerful villain that was known as a Nomu on the west side of Japan. It was a surprise for us pro heroes to see these two boys that young to defeat a powerful Nomu when there not even adults yet. Shoto:(Imagine if they both attended UA with us. It could have been the same thing. Only in reverse. Aizawa: Before all that happened. There's something you kids need to know. Young Midoriya was born quirkless...Tell suddenly he ended up getting his quirk out of nowhere. (Class 1A was all shock and a little confused to here that he was quirkless before he ended up getting one. Even Bakugo as well) Aizawa:(It looks like I made a big mistake. But it's too late to fix it now) Bakugo:(How the hell is that even possible! Deku gets a damn quirk! No I refuse to believe it!)(Grips his hand)(I need answers!)
