Chapter 5

Amelia Pov-

“God this room is so fuckin bright!” I hissed placing  my bags on the floor . I know this room is huge but it hard to tell with everything being all white and bright. There was a knock on my door. “Come in!” I said.

The door opened. “Gosh it is bright.” The female  laughed. “Amelia! I’m Heidi! I will be helping you design your room!” Heidi said happily.

“That would be great! Can we disuse this somewhere else. My eyes hurt.” I asked.

“Sure, sure. Follow me!” Heidi laughed. I followed her out of my room and closed the door behind me. “Will the garden be fine?” She asked.

“Sounds perfect.” I smiled at her, she smiled back. I noticed her purple eyes. “Umm…Heidi?”

“Yes?”

“Not to sound rude, but why are your eyes purple?”

Heidi smiled. “It’s not rude at all. No one knows why my eyes are purple, they just are.”

“Oh.” I smiled. “I think your eyes are pretty. I would love to have purple eyes.”

“Thank you dear. I think your eyes are gorgeous and if I were you I wouldn’t want to get rid of those beautiful sky blue eyes.” Heidi smiled widely. I like Heidi she is nice.

“Thanks.” I looked down at my hands.

“Where here!” She said. I looked up to see flowers everywhere of all colors and a stone bench sat under a willow tree. There was a pond with fishes in it next to the willow tree. Heidi was sitting on the bench under the willow tree. With a thick blue folder in her lap. I sat next to her. “Lets get started!”

“Okay.” I was excited I have never had my own room before.

She pulled out a piece of paper. “This is your room floor plain. Your father said whatever you want you shall get!” Heidi laughed. “I’m so excited! Okay.” She took a few deep breaths. “Tell me what you want.” She turned towards me and handed me the folder.

I smiled and opened it. I took out the color choices. “Black and this dark purple. For the walls. Cherry wood flooring, a big chandelier, which you can pick Heidi. I trust you. A queen size bed, you can pick the sheets and pillows as long as there purple of black and maybe gold.”

Heidi squealed in joy. “Sorry. I am usually not like this.”

“It’s fine. Do you want to pick the furniture?” I asked.

“Oh yes I would love to!”

“It has a walk in closet right?” She nodded. “Okay I can have anything right?”

“Of course!”

“Okay. Can I have a secret garden like this but better?”

“Oh that’s a great idea. What do you have in mind?” Heidi was wiggling in her seat so eager to get started on my room.

“It has to be hidden. Like. . .like a lever or a code to get to it. I want there to be roses and a cherry blossom tree. They are my favorite. A stone bench like this but add purple to it and have it under the cherry blossom tree. I want a pond like that.” I pointed to the pond. “But bigger with koi fish. And maybe a waterfall to take showers in. The rest you can surprise me. Sorry if I sound like a spoiled brat.” I looked down at my hands.

“You don’t sound like a spoiled brat. Amelia you deserve this!” Heidi gave be a big hug.

“Thank you so much Heidi!” I smiled up at her.
