As the ship drifted from the ocean and the air seemed to have its clear scent back than the smoke and ashes from a once to be beautiful island, the others tried to cool off after what happened. Seemed like that never happened before nor did the enemy's try to do that, it shook them to the very core of their well being and to anyone around to see it. Me in the other hand, I try to take care of stuffy but in all honesty, I don't know how to even take care of an animal like this before. I looked at the sky and it changed from light blue, to a bit of a orange yet it was mixed with red and pink, I knew that it'll be night soon and Ms.L spoke.
"Listen here everyone, I know what we saw earlier was.....traumatic, but we still have to stay strong but not just for ourselves, but to the people that was in that hellfire, of that those three did. But for now, what we can do is rest."
Ms.L them took of her captain hat and sat down by the stairs, she seemed stressed. I walked down and sat next to her and asked her a question.
"Ms. L, are you ok?"
By then I thought she might've said "yes, everything is alright". But instead, she said something else.
"No, no I'm not. After what happened to my island, the place where I thought we'd be safe...is now gone."
She looked down at the wood, her expression seemed like she wants to cry, but she couldn't as she wants to be is strong and not let anyone see her emotion.
"I know that feeling. Well, not really. All that I lost was respect from the people I knew because of some dumb rumor."
Ms. L looked at me, thinking of what I said must be a joke. I felt like she wanted to say what rumor but she didn't. Instead she looked up and saw the dark blue sky, knowing that now it's night. She got up and told everyone to just sleep. Blava then showed me where I'll be sleeping and got comfy. Stuffy followed me and once I lay down, stuffy then went on top of me and slept like a dog, or cat. As the candle goes out, I try to fall asleep but on how comfy the bed is, I slept quickly. But something about the dream I have seemed...off?
I felt rumbling on my feet, then hear some sort of growl that woke me up. Everyone else is gone and checked on what's going on. As I see outside, all I can see is just the ocean, but what's under it was different. I see some sort of shark, but bigger, and just looked like an entire different type of animal. By then I would've just guide the ship to somewhere else but then it spoke. It spoke my name and I got scared, and confused.
"What do you want? Where did everyone go?"
The "thing" spoke back.
"I will not answer back to that, but instead tell you on what's going to happen."
I paid attention as I knew it might be important.
"What'll happen next is something....unsafe, but I trust you to say about it and guide you to safety."
I wanted to know why, but then something slipped. As if something was making a deep noise. By then I felt dizzy and fell to the floor which was now nothing. The ship was gone and I was falling, when I reached the ocean....I woke up?
I panicked a bit and looked around. Everything seemed alright and nothing changed, just everyone sleeping and someone was snoring loudly. I looked at myself and tried to remember the dream I had, but then it faded into nothing. I knew there would be something else in store but I'm not sure what it'll be. I tried to fall asleep again and think of something else. But I knew that I won't be able to do that.
