Rivals To Lovers

The rumor ( part 2 )

           It was 30 minutes before the Miami Grand Prix all the racers mechanics were setting up the cars. Max is pacing back and forth as he was worried about his car, because about what happened last time as he lost power he didn't want it happening again

            Anne works for Ferrari but it's rare for a women to ever work with an all male group so Ferrari decided that she'll wear a helmet and a jacket of there's and she agreed on it, as she was about to walk off into the garage she sees Max looking over at her, she looks for a second but she walks off

              Max always suspected something about that mechanic he walks into his garage as he walks inside to get changed he sits down to try to calm himself down but...He couldn't get a sudden memory out of his head that his dad was talking to him about

             The crowd see's Charles walking over to Red bulls garage. Whispers went around wondering why would he be going to Max, Charles was stopped by the RedBull mechanics as Charles stopped "I just want to speak to Max" Max looks over seeing him as he smiles "Let him come in"

             Charles went through to Max as he looks over at him "You look panicked, what's on your mind Max?" Max just sat there as he spoke with Charles about what was on his mind

                                   -30 minutes later-

            All the racers were on there car as Max feels fine now after speaking with Charles, the race begins as they see the light turn green to begin the race as their v6 engines vibrate in Anne's chest, as they were rumbling like thunder as the drivers were changing gears before a turn after a straight line. the fans are going wild as they cheered on there favorite group, the cheering was so wild. Anne looked at the crowd as many of them were raising their favorite teams' national flag. 

           After so many laps around the track as Max verstappen was in 2nd place as they needed one more lap as they were on there 56 lap, Max tried everything to get in 1st place but Charles Leclerc wouldn't let him pass to first, when they pass the finish line he finished in 2nd and Max see's charles cheering with his team as he walked over to his team taking off his helmet

           1st and 3rd were taking podium but Max didn't take his podium, max had walked outside as he saw Lando's  sister who looked like she was stressed, The women was Anne as Max sat next to her he smiles slightly "Hello" Anne got startled as she was not paying attention as she smiles "Hello, Max nice to finally meet you in person"

             Max looked over at her "Yes, it's great to finally meet you too" Anne looked at the floor "So, shouldn't you be taking podium?" He was curious why Anne was standing outside alone and he wanted to switch up the conversation"Why are you here alone? Are you waiting for a friend" Anne knew she had to lie and was confused why he switched up the conversation "yes I'm waiting for a friend, I was going to buy a ticket but they had ran out"

            Max felt bad for her as he smiles slightly "what if next time I'll get you a ticket so you won't miss the race" Anne smiled "I would love that but I don't think I'll be able to go to the next one because it's far" She would be there but she didn't want Max giving her a ticket when she doesn't need one

         He looked over "Oh, that's terrible" he didn't want to go back inside so he decided to stay outside talking and hanging out with Anne as they got along well as they talked about there favorite things
          
         Max soon stood up "I should get inside before my manager gets angry at me for going missing" Anne smiles as she waves goodbye to him as he walked off as she sighed as she was about to leave but she felt something in her pocket
