Jeff's POV;

I quickly looked over at her. She had other skulls? Maybe she was like me...

"Yeah, I have a skull collection. I go hunting. There's different animal skulls in the dresser there. Just stick it in there for now." She said.

Oh. I walked over to the dresser and I opened up the first drawer. There were tons of bleached animal skulls. Most of them I couldn't recognize though. I was kind of hoping to see an infant's skull in there.

I was kind of hoping that she was a psychopath like me. I guess because it would be cool to actually have a friend... I haven't been close to anyone since I was 13.. She reminded me so much of myself that, I guess I just assumed...

I dropped the dog's bloody skull into the drawer. Staining the rest of the bleached skulls. I didn't care though. I closed the drawer and there was some blood remaining on it from my hand. I held my bleached and blood stained hand up towards my face. I smiled evilly and I brought my hand close to my mouth and I licked away the blood.

"Hey, Vladimir Todd. Are you done drinking that dog's disgusting blood yet?" Lucy said to me, snapping me out of my thoughts.

I turned to her, If I had any eyebrows I would have raised one in confusion.

"Vladimir Todd is a vampire character in a book." She explained as she tapped her finger on the book cover from the book her nose was stuck in. The picture was of a boy, he was wearing a hoodie that covered his eyes and the only thing that seemed to be colored was his shirt which was a happy face... But with fangs.

"Oh." I said.

I looked up at her face that I could see and I saw her eyes pace back and forth as she read the line. Then she closed the book. I guess she finished reading a chapter. She put the book beside her once again and she sat up on her bed so her legs hanged off the side. She looked at me and then looked me over. Like she was fascinated with something.

"What?" I said slightly harsh.

She looked back up at my face.

"You just- never mind. It's just that your normal voice doesn't fit with your personality and your looks..." She explained.

"Which is exactly why I use this voice.." I said in my usual psycho voice.

She shivered slightly. My voice usually had that effect on people.

"Well, you can talk normal when you're around me. I mean. That must really hurt your throat." She said.

I just nodded slightly.

There was silence for a few seconds.

"Does your voice hurt? Like. Right now?" She asked awkwardly.

I nodded.

"Allot." I said simply.

"Well I have a trick for that. My mom used to make tea for me when I was sick and it would make my throat feel alot better. Would you like some? It takes a while to make though." She explained.

"Yes." I said simply.

She blinked and then she stood up and walked towards her doorway.

"You could say please." She scowled.

When she left I softly closed her door closed and I looked towards the window.

Lucy's POV;

After about 30 minutes the tea was done. I picked up the boiling hot cup and I quickly yet cautiously walked towards my bedroom. I noticed it was closed.
