"Live, love, laugh," the quote says above the mirror in my room, I have lived and laughed but never loved.
"Ellie, hurry up. we going to be late," Mimi shouted
I'm going to catch you up on everything, Mimi has been my best friend since we were toddlers - crazy I know, nearly 14 years with her. She is telling me to hurry up as it's our last day of high school, and she wants to be early. I'm not a morning person, and over time, you will find that out.
"Coming," i grabbed a piece of toast and closed the door
"You're late by 2 minutes and 34 seconds,"
All the way to school, she was moaning about how I was late, and now we have less time for our last day of school crazy day.
We have always done some crazy stuff on the last days of school, but as it's our last last day, we are going full out
When we arrived at school the car park was basically empty so it gave us enough time to prepare for what was going to happen.
We have been planning this for month so we know where the teachers are and when.We started to approach the school from the sports entrance because no teachers are that at this time, we started walking to the teacher lounge for out plan.
We arrived at our destination.
"Are you ready?" mimi whispered
Without hesitation, I opened the door, and as we suspected, it was empty.
I grabbed mimis' backpack and grabbed the stuff we needed. Mimi grabbed the toothpaste and the toilet role, and I grabbed the glue and the vinegar.
"Grab the broom, Ellie," she said, nudging me to the broom.
"Why?" I looked at her, confused
"We have done this so many times they added camera in here, so we need to lift the camera to the ceiling," she said.
I grabbed the broom and found the camera by the door, I slowly lifted it up, so the red light was no longer being seen.
"Let's go," I grinned
I watched at mimi replaced the mayonnaise with toothpaste and added water, so it was the same frequency. I started to glue all the mugs to the table and counter so they couldn't lift them. Then, I added the vinegar to the water in their kettle. Lastly, we through all the toilet roles everywhere, laughing so hard we started exiting when I bumbed into someone's chest
Shit that's probably one of the teachers. When i looked up, it was a tall brunette and was like 6,2. I didn't recognize him, so I thought he was a new teacher until I saw the student lanyard.
"I don't think you're meant to be here," he whispered
"Nah, really, I never would have guessed," I said sarcastically.
"Stop being rude, Ellie," she moaned, nudging me.
"So your name is Ellie, huh?" The mysterious figure spoke.
"No, she called me Ellie for sake of it," I said, annoyed.
"You're a feisty one, aren't you?" He leaned on the wall.
Before I could carry on, mimi started flirty with him. The same old mimi trying to get with another boy. This year, she has been in at least 3 relationships, and who knows how many one night stands.
I grabbed her arm rushed away before she could say anymore. That was strange I never seen him around before. Anyway, we have to carry out our plan for the rest of the day.
We had to go to the first lesson, which was history, but as it's our last day, exams are done, so we just sat their and talked.
The door opened in the middle of the lesson to find the figure I bumbed into this morning.
"Your late arlo," sir said
"Sorry," he slowly approached his Desk
Arlo is his name. Nice to know, probably never going to use it. I was knocked out of my thoughts when my teacher said he would sit next to me.
"Shit," I mumbled under my breath
"Sorry, what was that, Ellie?" arlo said, sitting on his chair
I just glared at him. He is so annoying his ego is as big as this room, I can't believe out anywhere in the class he had to sit next to me. What did I do to deserve this.
"Ellie," he sang
"What?" He's so annoying, gosh
"Calm down, I was just wondering what lesson you had next." he kept his eyes on me.
"Science," I spoke, still looking down at my desk.
I don't even know him. I spoke a few words to him, and I already hate him. He has science next as well, but I'm okay as I don't have seats next to me.
The bell rings, and I pack my stuff up and start to leave, I see amelia waiting for me outside like usual.
"Eyyy Ells," she shouted
She has a very loud personality, unlike me, who is quiet, but apparently gobby. I don't think so. I think i speak my mind, but they dont like it.
She started to talk all about her lesson when arlo walked past.
"He is so sexy," she groaned
"Umm, sure." I looked at her.
Then she started going on about him for like ages, we realised that we have to skip the next lesson as everything will be pushed back for an assembly at the end of the day.
Our next plan was out in the car park. Each teacher has a sign for the car park space. Our plan is to change the name on each of the signs. We got started.
Mrs boron-Mrs moron
Mr Hill- Mr. hell
Miss carper- Miss casper
Mr Kong- Mr King Kong
And there were many more, some where funny some weren't but it was still fun. We walked back in laughing again. To only find a teacher standing there..
