We just buried my mom and my life was in a slump. After I woke up the next morning next Jade I realized what I've done and I felt terrible. I don't care if me and Portia were broken up I felt terrible so I told her that I can't do this. Jade told me I was her first and that made me feel like shit even more. Worst of all Sophia died and Octavia and Portia are in jail. Tally is still on the loose and I recently found out Portia is pregnant. Even though Jade and I aren't a item besides my dad she's all I have now. After the funeral I found myself at Jade house and she was holding me as I cried. Apart of me really does wanna give her a chance. But my mom was right the night I slept with Jade bad events back to back happened. Two people I care about are in jail the other two are dead and the girl I fell in love with cheated on me and is pregnant with his baby. I cried myself to sleep and when I woke up Jade was still holding me.

Mia: What time is it

Jade: Two in the morning but are you okay

Mia: .................I love you

Jade: I love you too

I slowly leaned in and kissed her. Maybe everything happens for a reason and she is the one I'm meant to be with. Besides Jade did tell me her and Portia weren't friends anymore after Portia found out she was in love with me. Maybe Jade is the person I should have been with all along.
