Yuki Snowbun was a third-grader who loved playing with his very few friends and having long hair. However, some of his classmates didn't understand him and often bullied him for looking like a girl and having a girly name. One girl and two boys were the main culprits, and they made Yuki's life miserable.

One day, during recess, Yuki was hiding under the slide, trying to avoid his bullies. Even if it means he doesn't get to play with Chrissy today. He couldn't stand getting bullied. He was feeling sad and alone when Mitch Remedy came over to him and saw him sad and alone, invited him to play.

"Hey, Yuki right, what are you doing under there?" Mitch asked.

"I'm hiding from those bullies, their mean..." Yuki replied, pointing to the group of kids who had been tormenting him.

Mitch looked over and saw the kids laughing and pointing at Yuki. He felt sad for his new friend.

"Come on, let's go play soccer," Mitch said, grabbing Yuki's hand and pulling him out from under the slide.
"It'll make you feel better."

Yuki was hesitant at first, but he trusted Mitch and followed him to the soccer field. Mitch introduced Yuki to some of his friends, and they welcomed him with open arms.

As they played soccer, Yuki forgot about his bullies and had fun for the first time in a long time. He laughed and ran around with the other kids, feeling like he belonged.

After the game, Mitch walked with Yuki back to his classroom. Yuki thanked him for being his friend and for standing up for him.

"No problem, Yuki. You're a cool kid, and those bullies don't know what they're missing, besides skipped a grad so your super smart" Mitch said, giving Yuki a high-five.

From that day on, Yuki had a new friend. He still faced some bullying, but he knew he had people who had his back.
