Reincarnated as Dust Sans

1. The Beginning

I used to live a pretty normal life, unitl one day I wake up in a room not my own. I look around "This isn't my room. Where am I." I get up off the bed and notice a mirror. I look in the mirror and see that I'm a skeleton. I try to keep calm and not freak out, trying to think what may have happened to make me like this. Then I hear "Calm down Sans. Wait your not Sans, who are you." I look around but can't see who is speaking. "Hello? Is someone there?" The voice speaks again "Yep your definitely not Sans." Who is Sans, I wonder. "Can you show yourself, please?" The voice seems agitated "You can't see me only my brother can." I counter with "But I'm in your brother's body for some reason." The voice argues "But your sanity is intact." The realization came, I'm in the Undertale alternate universe Dusttale. "Oh shit. I'm in Dusttale." The voice says "Yep. But there's a way to the surface. I'll- oh you can't see me. Well there goes that plan." I start thinking, if Dusttale is like Undertale, then I know the way to the barrier. "I think I know the way to the barrier. Are you going to follow me?" The voice replays "I'm bound to my brother's mind, so guess that means you have to deal with me."The name is Phantom Papyrus." That explains why I can't see him he's a ghost. I start walking to the door before I'm stopped. "What is it Papyrus?" Papyrus explains that to cross the barrier I need a human soul. "But I'm a human in a monster body, so does that still apply in my situation?" Papyrus starts muttering to himself. "Hey what is your name? I don't want to call you by my brother's name." I wait before replying. "I'm Yuiko."
