Okay, we all know how fabulous Wilbur's lore was throughout the entire SMP. 

Wilbur and Tommy had such a special relationship,  almost brothers.  But the way Wilbur destroyed L'manburg, the one thing they built, that Tommy named himself.  Wilbur was so proud of him, yet he still blew it to hell. 

What if it was like a last straw to break like he was already planning on killing himself?

So he destroyed the bonds he had with people so he wouldn't feel bad when he died.  He didn't expect Tommy to forgive him or Phil to be there, to do it for him.

Wilbur was looking forward to off-ing himself, but Phil made it easier.

During Pogtopia, Wilbur struggled with self-harm and anorexia, or an eating disorder close to that.  And anything he did eat wasn't healthy enough, impacting his mental health even worse ( and adding blood loss to that. ) before the events of November 13th.  He couldn't have been thinking straight in the shape he was in. 

Before November 13th, Wilbur made random hints to Tommy that he wouldn't be around for long. 

A couple of days before blowing up L'manburg, Wilbur scribbled the L'manburg anthem all over the walls of the button room, trying to release his anger or some form of strong emotion.

The same day after writing, Wilbur realized it did nothing to help what he felt.  He carved ' UNFINISHED '  and         ' SYMPHONY ' into both of his arms.  Knowing he would never have what he wanted.

You can vaguely see scars on Revivedbur's arms, but not enough to read what it says. 

Revivedbur despises the scars. That's why he always wears long sleeves. The constant reminder of what he failed pisses him off.

Wilbur is incredibly envious of Quackitys success in building Las Navadas.  That's why he always harassed Quackity.  And, he finds it hilarious to see him angry.

It is quite obvious that Revivedbur is attracted to Quackity.  But, whenever he first met him, he hated him. 

Revivedbur is the kind of guy who is incredibly annoying and rude to someone till they despise him and then is an ass-kisser.  Giving them anything and everything they ask for. 

Revivedbur contemplated trying to build another country,  one that would rise atop everyone in power and wealth,  but then Tommy.  He knew how it would hurt Tommy.  He just got out of exile, he just got away from Dream.  He knew if he tried to build anything, Dream would immediately scope it out.

Revivedbur and Quackity never officially 'started dating' they weren't even friends with benefits.   They where just dudes who would smash at times.
