Jasper x kaeya || the bad boiii

Chapter 2

(jaspers pov)

I watch Kaeya walk away, what a strange guy. I walk out of the nurse's office and sigh. 'the first day of the new school and I already messed up'. I look around the empty hallways, luckily I mesmerized the school map so it wasn't a problem finding the classroom. I silently make my way to the class. I silently opened the door, facing the teacher.

"oh hello, you're the new student, right? Jasper seagull?" the teacher, walks up to me and puts her hand on my shoulder. I nod. "oh, how nice, well Jasper, my name is ms choksondik. I'll be your homeroom teacher." I stare at ms choksondik, what an interesting name. she sighs. "well Jasper, you can go sit beside Jam there, he's the guy with the red jelly-ish hair.. and a robot costume." I nod and walk over to Jam, I think he likes robots. 

I walk up to the empty seat by Jam and some other guy. They both stare at me, they don't say anything. I sit down and awkwardly smile at them. they both looked away and do their stuff. the class felt like an eternity, everything was so awkward. I look over at Jam and the other guy, they're drawing in the same book. I raise my eyebrow. 

(jams pov)

Man, I love robots! 

me and Hendery are drawing in our shared art book, it's very fun. he likes drawing.. people? well, I personally love drawing robots, especially my ocs!!! like Hunter and Cody. I look over at Hendery's drawing, he's drawing a bald hunter, how nice. I look around me and notice the new kid staring at me and Hendery. I give them a confused look, they seemed to have noticed it. 

right as I was about to say something, the bell rings, time for lunch!! I pack my stuff and head out with Hendery. "did you notice the new kid staring at us?" I ask him. "Day daht doo-daht doo-daht, Day Day Day, daht doo-daht doo-daht Dow" I stare at him, blankly. He laughs "Yeah, I noticed it." weird. I thought to myself. "are you going to go sit with Mike or?" Hendery asks, I sigh, I hate Michael, so much. can't believe I'm dating him. "no, I'll stay with you." I shake my head. "Poor guy." he sighs.

 (jaspers pov)

I can't believe I stared, now they probably think I'm weird, ugh. I walk out of the school, 'I might as well go to a store and buy lunch.' I remember passing a little run-down store, maybe I could try the food there. 

(noones pov)

Jasper runs over to the store. they see a sign over the door, "The little store" It's an old-fashioned general store, fresh fruits, and vegetables outside. Jasper walks into the store and the shelves are filled with antique items and curiosities. The little store is full of character, and it takes a few moments to get over the initial shock of its oddness.

The storekeeper himself is an old man with a long greying beard, and he speaks in a slow, deep voice that conveys a sense of wisdom and experience. He is wearing a small apron and a pair of thick glasses. he seems to notice Jasper. "hello there young one, welcome to the little store!" the old man smiles at them, and Jasper smiles back. They walk around to the back, too look for a sandwich. 

*BUMP* 

"ooof!" the person falls forward. "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry" Jasper grabs the person by the arm so they don't fall head first into the ground. "ah... it's ok.." the mysterious person stands up straight and faces Jasper. Jasper gasps, it's Kaeya! Jasper stares at Kaeya in shock, he does the same. "i-its you!? kaeya?!?" Jasper says SHOCKED, face red with embarrassment. Kaeya grins when he realizes who it was. "well well well... if it isn't Jasper~" he winks. Jasper's face turns red but quickly fades while they remember something they heard in class.

They had Heard some rumors that Kaeya was the school.. "bad boy" and that he had dated multiple people, obviously, it's not bad to have dated multiple people, but the reason he did so was because of social status, help with grades, or whatever the reason apparently. Jasper stared at him, not sure what to do. yeah, Jasper thought he was charming, and they didn't really believe the rumors.  

"hey uhh... you ok?" kaeya waves his hand in front of Jaspers's face. Jasper quickly snaps, "Oh sorry!" Jasper hides their face in embarrassment, Kaeya Chuckles and grabs Jaspers's hand. Jasper is blushing and uncomfortable and wants to get away and buy a sandwich, but they are also flattered and intrigued by Kaeya's attention. It's a conflicting set of emotions, and they are thinking about how they should act before Kaeya makes his next move. Jasper needs to quickly decide how they want to respond to Kaeya's flirting. 

"well Jasper.." he starts off, grabbing an apple and staring at it. "If you were a fruit, you'd be a fine-apple.." he winks at Jasper, Jasper is confused as hell and just laughs. "ok well uh good talk bye now!" Jasper runs off with a sandwich and quickly hurries to buy it. Jasper is super confused, what the hell just happened? Kaeya, however, Is laughing. he definitely seems interested in Jasper. 

Whilst Jasper is running out the store, they accidentally bump into someone... again. this time, Jasper wasn't fast enough and didn't manage to catch the person. a bump was heard as the person fell on their butt. "Oh my gosh, I am so so so sorry!" Jasper covers their face in embarrassment.. again. first, it was silent, but then a loud laughter was heard. Jasper removed their hands from their face, confused. Jasper stared at the incident.. it was jam on the ground and his friend laughing at him. 

jam sighs and stands up, and he brushes the dirt off him. "Ugh... it's fine. not like this day can get any worse." the other guy giggles at Jam, Jam stares at him and punches him lightly in the arm. "shut up" Jam rolls his eyes and faces Jasper, "Hey, you're the new kid, right?" jam asks, Jasper nods. "well, nice to meet you, uh sorry that we didn't introduce ourself sooner. I'm Hendery and this is jam" Jasper smiles at them. "I'm Jasper, but I'm guessing you already know that" They both laugh. "well Jasper, me and Hendery we're about to head back to school, you wanna join?" Jam asks as he's about to leave. "yeah sure." Jasper agrees and they all start walking to school.

(Meanwhile...)

"Hey.. why did you run off" Kaeya perked up while eating his apple. he turns around to see his dear brother, Diluc. "why hello Diluc, I didn't think you wanted to hang out with me" Kaeya smirks as he hands Diluc an apple. "ugh.. come on Lunch break is soon.." Diluc grabs the apple and starts heading towards the school. Kaeya chuckles, "Yeah yeah I'm on my way" 

(Jaspers Pov)

me, jam, and Hendery arrive at school, I've really gotten to know them over the 3 minutes we took walking. I'm glad I made some friends. Sadly, they weren't in my next class, so I would have to sit beside someone else. I said my goodbyes to the duo and head to my next class. I opened the door and was greeted by the teacher "Well isn't this nice, a new student, I'm guessing you're Jasper Seagull?" the teacher asked, I nod. "how nice, well I'm Mr. Garrison. now you can go sit beside.. hmm.. how about you go and sit down beside Diluc over there. the guy with red hair.. erm ponytail." Mr garrison points to the guy, I sigh and walk over, and sit down.

"Hi" I smile at him hoping he greets me back. but no, I was wrong, he just stared at me and went back to doing whatever. I roll my eyes and grab my stuff out of my bag. "Ok listen up children, today we're... blah blah blah" I slowly stop losing interest of what the teacher is saying, and I start thinking Kaeya, what a strange guy... I'm sort of looking forward to seeing him more. 

(Sometime later)

School is FINALLY over, the last classes felt like years. the moment the bell rang, I stood up from my seat, rushing to get out of the school. squeezing myself out, I managed to get out. walking down the hallway, to drop my stuff off at my locker. sighing, I finally made my way out of the school, breathing in the fresh crisp air. 

While walking I notice how beautiful the sunset is, can't believe the sun is already setting... I Can't help but feel exited for tomorrow, School will be a little bit better now that i got two friends.
