Emma's Pov:
"So Tell me about yourself. You promised me stories of jail"
"Okay. What do you want to know about my time in jail?"
"Tell me about your routine there"
"I would wake up at 6, go for breakfast at 7, worked till 8 and then dinner"
"You described your 8 years in jail in 3 lines. You've got talent"
"My life was boring in jail"
"You had any girlfriends or friends?"
" I had a girlfriend. Her name was Julie. We broke up before I went to jail"
"How long was your relationship?"
"Two years. I left my house when I was eighteen. Met her in college"
"Damnn... That's so long. Why the hell did you breakup?"
"She said I was too plain for her"
"Crazy ass! Why did she like you in the first place if you were too plain."
"Never really thought about that. Enough about me, tell me about yourself"
"Ugghh.. my life is more boring than yours. I moved out when I was eighteen, went to college then left it mid year. Started looking for jobs and found the ohh soo perfect one in this local store. Note the sarcasm"
"Okay"
Just okay. Alright I won't get my heart broken for such a petty word.
After we reached home, I took my bags from his hand and went to my room. Not before telling him "Come to my room if you have a nightmare. Don't bother knocking"
He nodded his head and placed a feathery kiss on my cheeks, living me again with a million dollar smile.
I kept thinking about his life and mine. How we met each other crazily and slipped into comfort zone so easily.
