After packing and consulting everything with his mother- well more like leaving her a note and sending a message to her, but Felix was sure that Amelie would understand. He would call her later and tell her everything.
The son and the mother always had a close relationship, they didn't keep any secrets between each other.
Felix sat peacefully in his seat as the plane touched down on the runway in Paris. As he collected his luggage and stepped out into the bustling city, he felt a rush of determination. He couldn't wait to see his cousin and the girl he can't stop thinking about like she was his main priority in his mind. At this point he was kind of annoyed already, how could he focus on anything with this samurai woman in his head?
He hailed a taxi and gave the driver the address of The Agreste's Mansion. As they drove through the streets of Paris, Felix couldn't help but feel a little overwhelmed by the beauty and grandeur of the city. Although he found London a very beautiful city full of history and dazzling buildings, Paris never ceased to amaze him with its sights. When they finally arrived, Felix took a deep breath and stepped out of the car, ready to start his little adventure.
"Felix! You're here!"
Adrien yelled and walked up quickly to hug his cousin, Felix hugged him back and smiled slightly.
"Yeah yeah, I'm here"
Felix hugged him back and after a few seconds he let go
"Wait-...you didn't tell anyone that I'm coming, right?"
Felix asked looking at Adrien like he was trying to communicate "Please, say you did not"
"Well...I only told Marinette! Don't worry haha, why though?"
"Doesn't matter"
He replied quickly
"She definitely already told Kagami... WHY DOES SHE HAVE TO RUIN MY PLANS?!"
Felix thought and sighed
"What's wrong Felix? You seem annoyed...sorry I told Marinette if that's what upsets you but you know, she's my girlfriend after all-"
"I know and I understand, don't worry about me."
They both stayed silent for a while
"So are you going to let me in or not?"
Felix asked changing the subject
"Ah yes! Of course"
Boys headed to the front door to The Agreste's Mansion and went inside where Nathalie was already waiting and only nodded at Felix as a greeting, he has done the same. Adrien's father weren't here, he was probably too busy with sketching his designs as always.
Felix have always hated him anyways so it wasn't a problem at all but even though he felt really bad about how Gabriel treated his own son, manipulated him, yelling at him or treated him like he didn't exist. But now wasn't the time for reflections and making himself more pissed than he already is.
Felix and Adrien headed to Adrien's room, then suddenly Adrien's phone started ringing.
The younger cousin smiled and turned to Felix.
"It's Marinette! Wait a second"
Felix simply nodded and went to sit on the couch and took one of the glasses with juice that his cousin left for him and simply minded his own business.
['phone call']
' "Hi Adrien!"
Marinette said happily which made Adrien's heart melt.
"Hello Marinette, how are you?"
"I'm good, thanks! You know...I was wondering if you can hang out with me and Kagami? We could go to the park or oh! Maybe eat some ice-cream!"
"Sure! I'd love too, can I bring Felix along? Pleaseee? Pretty please?"
He begged the bluenette with a sweet childish tone, and he always succeeded.
"Okay okay, fine. I doubt he would want to come with us anyways-" '
"Hey, Felix?"
Adrien turned to his cousin while still being on the phone
"Yeah?"
"Do you want to hang ou-"
"And be a third welling with your lovey-dovey stuff? No thanks"
"Kagami will be there too"
At the mention of the girl Felix's heart fluttered and he blushed slightly
"Ugh fine... it's not like I have something to do here anyways, your room is boring"
He sighed and pretended to be annoyed and bored with this proposition, but deep down inside he was very excited and happy because he could see Kagami again. He stood up and placed his now empty glass on the table.
[ back to the phone call ]
"You herd that ,Marinette? He agreed!"
"Wha- How? What?'
Obviously the girl was shocked
"Maybe he didn't want to make you upset? Never mind let's just go, Kagami is probably waiting already. See you soon, Adrien!"
"See ya!"
[end of the phone call]
Adrien put his phone back into his pocket and looked around the room
"Felix?"
Felix was already waiting downstairs and was talking with Nathalie, when Adrien came to them Felix turned to him
"Let's get this over with, come on"
The boy said and grabbed Adrien's hand leaving the mansion.
