My second chance (A Loic Nottet fanfic)

Chapter 11- Busy, busy, busy

I forgot to mention that Mans took a photo with me, Loic and Catalina last night, he put it on Twitter with the caption semi final two with the smilie face emoji and lets just say some of the comments weren't very nice but I'm not going to let the harsh word hurt me. Today is going to be quite busy because all the countries in the final have their dress rehearsal in front of the national jury, it is important for them to do good because it's fifty percent of the final scores at steak. It was currently nine thirty in the morning and I'm waiting for Cat to wake up because Loic said that we could go with him to the arena today, I'm happy that I get to spend the day with Loic and be there to support him. My phone started ringing which woke up Cat I laughed and answered it, the only thing that was said was "Open the door" and then the call disconnected, I grabbed a paperback book as a weapon just in case it was Harry but I doubt it would be him. Anyway I walked to the door slowly with my book in hand, I opened the door and came face to face with Loic and he started staring at the book in my hand, I looked at my hand and threw the book back inside the room as I regained my posture and smiled at him. He stepped into the room to give me a hug when he asked what was with the book that was in my hand, so I told him that I had a phone call and didn't check the caller ID before answering, all that was said was open the door and I thought it was Harry. Loic looked me in the eyes before bursting into a fit of laughter, he said that it was him but he hadn't let his voice warm up yet, I started laughing at how stupid I was when Cat showed up in the door way ready to go. I just needed to grab my handbag and then I was ready to go, once I picked it up we left the room, locked up and headed to the elevator and got in. As we were running a tad bit late Loic called his manager to come and pick us up, twenty minutes later and we arrived at the arena, the security officer checked our passes and let us in. Just like yesterday evening Loic put his arm over my shoulder has we headed over to chill area, I saw Guy Sebastian from Australia and Il Volo from Italy, Guy had started a conversation with Loic as I looked around going off into my own little world, I was snapped back to reality when Loic had nudged my shoulder, I apologised for not paying attention and listened to what was being said. Suddenly Cat comes running into the conversation saying that I needed to find somewhere to hide, both Loic and Guy asked why when she said that Harry was looking for me, a sheer look of horror was plastered on my face and I ran off to find either Mans, Boggie or Bianca from Electro Velvet. I found Mans straight away and asked him if he could help me hide from someone, he was confused at first but once I explained my situation he was more that happy to help, I texted Loic to let him know I was safe and I would see him soon, I got a text back almost straight away. Half an hour later and I was able to head back to Loic when Mans asked where he was, I said he was in the chill area and we both set off, when Loic saw me walking over he ran up to me and gave me a hug saying even though he knew I was safe he was worried. This is what I like about Loic he is so caring and he will put the matters of others before his own which is really sweet, when we got to the chill area Catalina and Guy where talking about what Australia is like and he said it's always hot and sunny, you see Cat has always wanted to go to Australia for a holiday and to be honest so have I. The dress rehearsal had just begun and as Loic is thirtieth on stage we still had time to hang out until he had to get ready to go on and perform, whilst he was on stage me and Cat were standing off stage and out of sight so that we could surprise him once he's finished. He had just finished and started to walk offstage, once he was out of site from the jury I jumped out from my hiding spot and hugged him, I told him he did really well and then, as we started to walk back to the dressing room he took hold of my hand and smiled at me, he said that he was super excited for the final now and was determined to do well. The day has gone by so quickly that it is now six forty five in the evening, everyone had now performed for the national jury and was allowed to leave. We left the venue and went out for a meal as we thought hey why not, once we had eaten it was about eight o'clock so we headed back to hotel for a well deserved sleep. Once the elevator stopped on the floor that mine and Cat's hotel room is on, Loic kissed me on the forehead and said goodnight to the both of us, I waved goodbye to Loic as the doors to the elevator shut.
