They were now at the hospital. Tate was sat with her parents.
"Jill said you two should write a book together. With your matching wounds" Dewey smiled at Gale and motioned to Gales bandage. Gale smiled.
"How did she know where I was stabbed" Gale looked at Dewey confused. Dewey's face dropped. He realized. Jill was the killer
"SIDNEY" Dewey ran out of the hospital room. A few moments went by and Gale stood up
"Tate stay there." Gale looked at Tate before she walked out of the hospital room, leaving Tate alone.

Tate looked around the hospital room and decided to go find her parents. They had been gone a while what if something had happened. She heard her mothers voice coming from a hospital room and walked towards it. Outside of the hospital room there was a gun, Tate picked it up and walked in with the gun in her hand.
"Tate" Gale looked at her daughter. Tate looked around the room and saw Jill pointing a gun at her mother, her father laid on the floor and Sidney laid on the floor.
"Jill?" Tate looked at Jill and Jill looked at her but tried to ignore that she was there. Tate took a deep breath and held the gun up and pointed it at Jill. She looked behind Jill and saw Sidney stood behind her. Sidney smiled a little before electrocuting Jill. Jill fell to the floor and Gale ran to her daughter. Tate sat beside Dewey who opened his eyes.
"SIDNEY" Tate saw Jill behind Sidney holding a large piece of broken glass. Sidney took the gun from Tates hand and shot Jill with it.

"Are you okay Dad?" Tate looked at her father
"I'm fine Tatum" Dewey smiled
"Tatum?" Gale looked at Dewey then at Tate
"I prefer Tatum now" Tate smiled, she realized it no longer hurt her dad to called her Tatum and she felt like she was honoring her aunt by being called Tatum.

Suddenly Judy jumped up and everyone spun around.
"She's here." Tate rolled her eyes and Gale smiled.
"You got shot how are you alive" Gale looked at Judy. Judy pulled open her shirt to show a protective vest underneath. Dewey held his walkie talkie to his mouth
"Two officers down, many injuries and a new suspect" he said into his walkie talkie. Tate realized she was the only one there who wasn't injured.

Tate knew she would miss Jill because she protected her but if Jill didn't die then her parents and Sidney would've died
