(This chapter will be entirely in Kokushibo's point of view.)

 I was striding down the Infinity Castle halls, making my way to the meeting area. (?) I knew one of my peers was defeated. I mumbled some words to myself before bumping into someone. I look up to see Daki and Gyutaro. It was unclear who I bumped into exactly, but I bowed in respect.

 "Gomen, Daki-San, Gyutaro-San."

 I said in my usual monotone, cold voice. Daki looked at me, a smile on her face.

 "It's okay Kokushibo-Sama." She said in her cheerful tone. It hurt my ears honestly, but I bared with it- I always do.

"Arigato." Is all I said before continuing my walk to the main room. 

There, I saw Akaza, Doma, Gyokko, Hantengu, the lower moons, and Muzan-Sama.

"As you all may have guessed, Lower Moon One, Enmu, was slayed by the Flame Hashira. But, Akaza successfully killed him. So, we have a new opening for Lower Moon One. If any of you see a demon with potential, inform Nakime immediately, so I can see them myself. You are dismissed."

Muzan-Sama's voice was so.. comforting in a way I never knew it could be. I felt bad about Enmu-San's death, he was.. an odd person, but he was a great listener. (when he wasn't obsessing over Muzan-Sama.) 

I was fixated on Muzan's every action, his movements, everything. I completely zoned out.

"Kokushibo-Sama?"

...

"Kokushibo-Sama??"

...

"Kokushibo-Sama!!"

I snapped out of my trance, looking down at who it was. It was Daki.

"Are you okay? You were zoned out." She said with a genuine look of worry/concern on her face. 

"Yeah, I'm fine Daki-San.." I said, looking away from her.

"..Alright." Daki began walking off, she looked concerned in my eyes.

Later In The Day, around 22:00 (10:00 PM)

 I was sitting alone in my sleeping accommodation, looking down at the ground. I was zoned out again. I didn't hear the sound of Nakime's biwa summoning me to the main room.

As all of the Upper/Lower ranks gathered in front of Muzan-Sama, I sat there like an idiot. I continued to look down, completely zoned out at the time. 

"Kokushibo." I heard Muzan-Sama's voice. I immediately snapped out of my trance, looking up at him. I felt a bit embarrassed, as Muzan-Sama never had to raise his voice to me before. "Sorry, Muzan-Sama." I said, walking over to my spot in the line. "It's alright, Kokushibo. Don't make me have to raise my voice to you again, though." He said. 

"Now, as I was explaining. There is a new village in the south east I want Akaza to take care of. The population is 300, and I want all of them, except for the women, because I know you hate killing/hurting women, dead. I want all 200 of the men in that village gone."

"Yes, sir." Akaza said, bowing his head down in respect.

"You are all dismissed. I want Kokushibo to stay, though." Muzan-Sama said, his eyes glaring into my soul.

As the others scurried off, I felt a wave of... embarrassment, nervousness, and fear wash over me. A hint of sweat dropped from my face as Muzan-Sama approached me.

"You seem off today." He said in a stern, monotone voice. "Is something wrong?" He asked me.

"No.. Nothing's wrong.. I was just zoned out, Muzan-Sama." I replied, a small red filling my cheeks.

"You're red, though." He said again, gesturing me to stand up. I obeyed, standing up. (I'm 6'3, and Muzan-Sama is 5'8 in this form.)

"Are you sure you're alright?" He asked. It wasn't common for him to be THIS concerned about one in the 12 kizuki.. Well.. 11 now, due to Enmu's death.

"Yes, Muzan-Sama." I said.

"...Alright.. You may leave now." He looked at me with a hint of worry on his face. That sort of surprised me, as I never saw such emotion on his face before.

I bowed in respect before walking back to my accommodation.
