as the two walked to somewhere to exactly rest for now, as they both sat near a pond before taking some bandages mirage must've grabbed while in that place, before bandaging the hand zavy most likely broken during cristels struggle, as mirage said.

"We should be nearby cloudburst and the king of diamonds, cloudburst can previde the information we need and can help us get us to the diamond king, and the diamond king can provide us the weapons you'll need to solve this problem."

cristel could only nod for a yes in understandment while watching the lake, mirage noticed this while asking.

"cristel?, are you ok?"

cristel could only say with a tiny smile.

"y-yeah, im fine, just..., all that gave a lil scared was all..."

cristel said, witch seemed to satisfy mirage, yes they can't stop smiling due to some reason, yet it seemed to get slightly bigger with a soft look within their blackend eyes before finishing up the bandages, but cristel lied..., she wasn't alright..., she knew if she didn't scream or struggle like that back there, them both, or just herself, could've died..., and what about shura???...., she has a worser health state than cristels, hers was just due to health yet shura's...., shura's albino, cristel knew the slightest shake of anything could send her vomiting...., this did little to stop cristels own guilt....

actually cristel is pretty good at lying when it comes to her mental health, its always 'I'm fine!', with her whenever she gets hurt or gets through crying...., and than she just tries to not face her sadness if it meant not crying, at all, let alone in front of everyone else....

mirage gently helped them both get back up before continuing to walk as well, as mirage said.

but they where cut off by the location itself, it was a big location, think 'childhood wonderment' themed carnival with this location, as mirages smile shrunk once more with them saying.

"oh for the love of everything that's still good here..."

with a soft face palm with their free hand, clearly they don't like this place, yet for whatever reason, well, cristel knew not..

"let's see if we can just go around somehow..."

mirage said while looking left and right, there were bushes of thorns in the way for miles, so no, there's no other way across other than just straight threw, witch they seemed not too happy about..

"ok just-, stay by me cristel?.., ok?.."

they asked while looking over at her and right now was when they realized cristels nervous self when nodding for a yes in understandment, as they asked once more.

"cristel..., are you sure your ok?..."

they asked, kneeling down to be more her level, due to cristel, despite being 19 years old, she's 5 feet tall at best, while mirage is 6 feet tall, as she could only smile and nod for a yes as well, saying.

"hm?.., o-oh yeah im fine!, just got distracted a little bit was all!.."

she said with a nervous smile, now mirage only hum in suspicion before getting up, nodding for a yes in understandment so she'll calm down, they knew something is going on in her head right now, but they also knew they wouldn't be able to get her to exactly say what's wrong, not now at least, so they just gently took her hand and began walking into the carnival, cristel held their hand while they walked into the carnival, just trying to keep her head low and follow mirages footsteps so they won't delay one or another any longer, yet it wasn't long that cristel knew her own 5 senses would betray her attempt in trying to ignore all the happiness here...
