COMING TO A CITY NEAR YOU THIS WINTER !

KAREN SIRKO: Except it wasn't true.

GRAHAM DUNNE: I mean, there was still no trace of her anywhere.

KAREN SIRKO: Didn't show up for mixing, rehearsals...

ELIZABETH DUNNE: It's like she just disappeared off the face of the Earth.

WARREN ROJAS: Well, some of us couldn't help but wonder if she was gone for good.

EDDIE ROUNDTREE: And I think one of us was... probably hoping for that.

The band were laughing and chattering away as Billy entered the rehearsal space, a shocked look on his face as the room went silent, a certain red-head standing front and centre.

BILLY DUNNE: I was just trying to hold this thing together.

"Let's run 'Aurora' with that intro we were kicking around."

"So you want to start the set with 'Aurora'?" Daisy questions.

"That's what we decided, yeah."

"Interesting."

Billy sighs, "Warren, when you're ready."

Warren gets one word into his count in, all
the band members prepared to play their parts before Daisy interrupts again, "And these are the songs that you want to sing?"

"That's right."

"No 'Regret Me'? No 'Look at Us Now'?"

"Well, if you wanted to weigh in, the time for that was weeks ago, when we first started rehearsing," he replies sharply, staring directly into Daisy's soul, her chewing her gum with a sarcastic smile on her face.

Karen sighs and flails her arms from her seat at the keyboard, "You guys need a minute?"

"No. Warren, count us in," he demands.

"Yes, actually, we do," Daisy replies, spitting her gum out into the lyric sheet and throwing it in the trash, storming outside the room, Billy following directly behind her.

Lizzie scoffs after the door closes, "Ironic coming from the guy who quit our last tour and got us fired from the label."

ELIZABETH DUNNE: I wasn't a dumbass. I knew from the moment he came up with that set list he removed every song Daisy had an overwhelming amount of input in.

She huffs, putting her guitar on the stand and standing up, hands on her hips, "I mean, I know why he did it, I completely understand. But, as soon as someone else takes the time for themselves, or if anyone asks to have a little more input, he shuts us down. The only time Eddie has ever gotten to come up with his own bass lines is when Daisy is here. He could have a little more respect considering how he's affected us in the past."

Before anyone can give a reply to Lizzie, Billy comes storming back in, sighing and crossing his arms as he stands in front of the microphone. A few moments later, Daisy follows.

"It's gonna be a long tour, so if you prefer to sit this one out, please be my guest."

Daisy interrupts him, "There's no tour without me, you dumb son of a bitch. We're playing 'Regret Me.'"

He grumbles, "Fine."

"And 'Look at Us Now.'"

"No," Billy says sternly.

"Yes."

"I said no, Daisy," he yells at her, "Warren, count us in for the love of fucking God."

"Hey!" Lizzie shouts, walking up to her brother, "Considering we're the ones who let you back in the band in '74, you could show some fucking respect to the woman who got us here in the first place. This isn't your fucking band, this isn't 'Billy Dunne and the other members who no one gives a shit about,' this is The Six. We're team players, and if you're gonna start being a narcissistic asshole who thinks he can boss us around, then you can start thinking of changing the name to 'The Five.'"
