Matt's POV.
My father is a careless man. He'll do whatever it takes to get what he wants. He wanted me to take over the family buisness, I had other ideas. I wanted to travel around and live life in the moment. Who better to do that with then the woman I was in love with?
He hated her. Why? Because her family was not the richest. We were in love and he tore her away from me!
He made every one believe she was crazy, he said she wanted to set fire to our mansion at the dinner party we were going to have and kill every last one
of us. Emily couldn't hurt a fly! She was so innocent and pure, he locked her up in a mental institution. I couldn't see her.
"Matt! I need to tell you something!" She yelled.
"What? Emily, are you okay?" I ask.
"Your dad-" she started before these men came in and grabbed her by her arms.
"Put her down! Emily!!" I shout trying to pull her from their grasp.
"Leave her, son. She's crazy! She was using you." My father says.
"No! I love you, Emily. I will find you, I promise!" I shouted.
"Matt! Are you okay?" Lila asks.
"Yea- bad dream." I answer.
"Are you sure? You're sweating real bad. Who's Emily?"
"Yes, I'm sure! It's really none of your buisness. Go to sleep." I snap.
She shuffles away slightly, frightened by my outburst.
"I didn't mean to pry- I'm sorry..." She apologises.
"You were just concerned, I shouldn't have snapped." I say.
"Jesus christ, it's 4am!" She laughs.
"Shit!" I say. "Let's go back to sleep for a few hours."
She closes her eyes and drifts off. I can't though. Not after that dream.
I decide to check if I have any notifications on my phone.
Cam : im a lil drank yanoo
Me: wow again
Cam : yuuupppee haehe
Me: where are you?
Cam : at sum girls houseee
Me: you pulled?
Cam : maybeeee and I dunno the address
Me: can you try to find out at least?
Cameron's always doing this. He goes out, gets drunk, fucks some girl and expects me to pick him up.
Cam : *address idk*
Me: That's near me, I'll be there in 10.
