Special Containment Procedures: SCP-2317-1 is to be kept in a Type 4 containment cell (4 m x 3 m x 3 m). The subject is to be provided the following:
2 packs of cigarettes daily for personal use.
Clean drinking water in plentiful quantities.
Clean bedding (blankets) to be exchanged by the subject and laundered weekly.
Small luxury items (whisky, music player, television, etc.) may be provided as an occasional reward for good behaviour and cooperation.
Description: SCP-2317-1- is a tall male humanoid standing at approximately 1.89 meters tall, weighing approximately 95.25 kg. He is Caucasian, with black hair and yellow eyes. On his right arm, he has military-like tattoos of unknown origin. He seems fond of wearing a double mask. And a choker around his neck. He keeps a bandage on his left hand and forearm. When activating his anonymous properties, his tattoos glow purple and exude a mist of the same colour, as well as his eye colour changing to light purple. He is able to create weapons and use telekinesis while they are active. As for clothing, he seems to prefer. Light clothing that allows him to move freely and unrestricted.
SCP-2317-1 was encountered in the room. SCP-2317 is contained, seeming to have come through the door it's self, SCP-2317-1 was wearing worn-out clothes, tattered cloak, and lower face mask. When MTF personnel were alerted to SCP-2317-1 presence multiple units had been rendered unconscious, and 5 were killed with what appears to be telekinesis, after eventually rendering SCP-2317-1 unconscious he was moved to highest containment till further questions could be asked while SCP-2317-1 is restrained.
SCP-2317-1 seems to be friendly unless provoked and will, in the best case scenario, send the person with a broken bone. In the worst case scenario, if provoked SCP-2317-1, it will stop at nothing to kill their target then unless contained.
SCP-2317-1 has helped during contaminant breach, even fighting with SCP-682, receiving multiple normal fatal wounds that regenerated showing SCP-2317-1 has more than just this mysterious power.
Further testing is needed in the future.

SCP-2317-1: (smiles) pleasure, Miss Shaw, or isn't it Mrs. cause I see no ring~
Dr. Shaw: (giggles) 2317-1, please, we're meant to be having an interview.
SCP-2317-1: (chuckles) fine, fine, well, my name is Y/N L/N, or for some reason, you all have called me SCP-2317-1.
Dr. Shaw: Now I'm going to ask you a few questions, if you don't mind.
SCP-2317-1: By all means, go ahead, but may I ask a question of my own?
Dr. Shaw: As long as it's something I can answer, then sure.
SCP-2317-1: What year is it?
Dr. Shaw: 2023 Why?
SCP-2317-1: That's surprising.
Dr. Shaw: What do you mean SCP-23-
SCP-2317-1: Please Dr. Shaw, call me Y/N and for what I mean is that its the correct year but how is the building still standing when the rest of the world is a wasteland and full of monsters and mutants.
Dr. Shaw: The world isn't a waste land, and any monsters, as you say, are kept in the foundation.
SCP-2317-1: That's another thing I've never heard of the SCP Foundation that keeps monsters.
Dr. Shaw: I think we're getting off track, and it looks like we've ran out of time for the interview 2317-1.
SCP-2317-1: (sighs) Fine, I'm going back to my cell. (Leaves with 2 MTF personnel)
