"Ah..so you're the person that retrieved the book? So not only have you done justice for this school, but you also retrieve missing items...it's truly a pleasure to meet you, Frontera."

Mild-mannered and polite, Oliver Birkett place the teacup down as soon as he saw his visitors to converse with them more. "Yeah, yeah. You're Oliver Birkett right?"

"Yes! Please, sit down. There's paperwork to be done."

As expected, the academy wanted receipts of who found the book. Lloyd scratched his nape. "Uh, about that..I don't know how the book got to our home. I just found it while browsing information to..well, find out more about this."

"Hm..? About what?"

"This..." He gestured at himself.

"Yourself..?"

"..you know I'm a guy, right?"

"Oh! That would make much more sense! The Queen would always refer to you as male, so I was a bit confused," Oliver laughed, "So this must mean you've chosen to stay in this lady form? Why would you continue to be referred to as male, though, I wonder?"

Continue? He assumed Lloyd wanted to continue as this form? Hadn't he established earlier that people were more aware of Pauline's case, and what they know about that was that she was forced to be a woman? If he thought the opposite, then...

"Were you part of the potion-makers that researched Pauline's case?"

The room was silent for a few moments.

"..w-wow," The principal stuttered, "That was..completely random. Yet you're entirely correct."

"Perfect! I'm assuming that you think I'm in the same position as her, right? Well, I'm not."

Lloyd crosses his arms. "Pauline could change back since she still retains her root mana. I, on the other hand, don't have that root mana."

"..what?"

The principal's eyes glowed for a moment, and then went back to its shocked state. "Oh, gosh..you really have no root mana left.."

"..wait, perhaps this was the act of a summon?"

"...why would you assume so?"

"There was a letter, not too long ago, that had talked about a summon that completely wiped out the mana of the master's root form. I couldn't help much as my specialty wasn't on summons and none of my companions were there to help. So, I told that person to come to us instead, although I haven't heard from this person for a while."

"Huh..." That's awfully convenient. "Well, can we cut in the queue?"

"Of course! Please, bring out the summon!"

Lloyd turned back at Javier, who nodded and took Saewoo out of his coat. "Ah, and it's a Crustacean! So that's how you came to find this book."

The principal held the little clam summon upon his hands. "So, how did this summon turn you into a female?"

"She spat a pearl. I swallowed. Unwillingly."

"Err..okay...well, I notice that she doesn't look very well right now..."

On cue, Saewoo made a sighing sound, and had even tried to cuddle against the principal's hand, as if to search for comfort. "That would be because she's exposed to light."

Javier stepped in. "Master Saewoo prefers to be in the dark, especially in damp and salty areas."

"..is that why you keep her in your armpits?"
