Can't Help Falling in Love

'Did he really say that?!" Claire thought, trying to make sense of everything.

Leon barely even spoke above a whisper and Claire heard him admit that he loves her. The only thing she could do is stare wide eye at the ceiling, as she contemplated what he said. Almost like a broken record, she could only hear "I love you" repeated in her mind and nothing else.

Claire started to wonder what a future would be like with Leon in it. It doesn't matter if Sherry is with them, but she was certain that she would find Chris. Maybe Leon could help find him. Claire knew that her brother was going to be a bit protective over her, but she also knows how to stand her ground. Her and Leon didn't just go through Raccoon City's hell fest for nothing.

Claire's exhausted body couldn't stay up any longer. She slowly drifted off to sleep, as she was still wondering about Leon. She assured herself that everything was going to be okay, and submerged herself in a slumber.

Morning arrived and Claire found herself up before Leon. She decided to get up and ready for the day. She got up from the bed and walked over to her closet and pondered what she was going to wear, and rather, what to do today. She needed to find Chris and also do anything else that TerraSave has up their sleeve.

She grabbed a black hoodie and black jean shorts, and called it good. She walked out of the room and went to the bathroom to get dressed and ready for the day. Claire didn't want to do anything too fancy, so she slipped on her outfit and did some light mascara, fixing her ponytail and finishing up in the bathroom. She walked back in the bedroom, noticing Leon is still sleeping. She dropped off her sleep wear and walked back out in the room.

Claire got some water from the fridge and started brainstorming about life. Where's Chris? How's Sherry? And what was up with Leon last night? All of these questions, a mystery needing to be solved. She tried to ignore the butterflies in her stomach and tried to focus on Chris first.

'Let's see, he went to Europe. I only know of a few places where he could be investigating Umbrella.' She thought to herself.

'Well if I last knew he was here, he can't be too far away, right?' She pondered this for a good 15 minutes before shuffling around the paper work in her filing cabinet.

'Flip, flip, flip, flip, flip.' The papers and the files flew, one by one in Claire's hands.

After flipping through more files, she finally found the right files that she was looking for.

"S.T.A.R.S.. this should tell me where the other Umbrella labs are in Europe. I hope, at least." She whispered to herself.

"What about S.T.A.R.S.?" Asked a familiar voice.

Claire turned around and jumped when she saw Leon. He stood by the door frame and she jumped up to the point where she almost lost track of the file in her hand and fell to the ground.

"Leon! When did you get up? How long have you been there?" She asked, trying to gain her composure, staring at his muscular build, with a blue Raccoon City Police Department hoodie and black pj pants.

"Not too long ago, I've been here for just a few seconds. Good morning, by the way." Leon smiled, and stretched upwards lifting up a little bit of his hoodie, revealing some abs.

"Okay good morning, but you scared me!" Claire exclaimed, getting flustered, as she got the file organized and the cabinet closed.

"Oh, I'm sorry." He smiled, lowering his arms. "Do you want help?" He offered.

"Maybe, I'll let you know later. I just want to find Chris." She started to say. "Don't you have to be back at the government base soon?" She finished asking.
