I rushed out the Hermes cabin, in search of someone who could help me get a weapon.

"Hey Annabeth!" I call as i see the blonde, she smiled at me, her grey eyes a little tired.

"Hey Y/n, whats up?" She asks, i grin.

"So . . . I was wondering if i could get a weapon?" I ask, an excited glint in my eyes ( a/n: was gonna say oRbS as a joke but-)

"Yeah! Ill show you where!" She exclaimed, and motioned for me to follow her.

We arrived at the Hephaestus' cabins forge, i felt some kind of connection towards the kids there, but i brushed it off.

"So, what kind of weapons do you like?" Annabeth asked, glancing around.

"Scythes." I answered almost immedietly, she raised her eyebrows.

"Daughter of Thanatos?" She asked

"Nah, most definetly not, " I respond, with a joking tone in my voice, "I like all weapons... I have a strange interest in them, they are so fascinating."

"You're a strange one." Annabeth says, I grin in reply.

My mind suddenly turns back to Brad, I had forgotten about him, and when I caught him in his wierd trance.

I glance behind me, I could just feel his presence from a mile away, he's been acting strange.

"Has Brad been claimed yet?" I ask Annabeth with curiousity laced in my tone.

"No... Not that any of us know of." Annabeth says, I nod my head, perhaps i should ask next time around.
