Mallory was walking back to her dormitory alone with her arms crossed after refusing to listen to the argument between everyone else there. After Ethan had questioned the four remaining suspects Mindy had tried to stay peaceful as had Chad but it hadn't been enough for Ethan who believed if everyone was a suspect they should all be included in this, to which he questioned Sam. That had been when she'd left hearing Tara curse him out as she walked away. No one had tried to stop her, they had been too caught up in this stupid argument. Mallory believed every single person who even breathed around them to be a suspect but of course she wouldn't have stated that as Ethan had.

She'd made it back to her dormitory alone closing the door behind her and locking it. Dropping the keys in the key bowl afterwards and running her fingers through her hair letting out a relieved sigh. Then she straightened the pleated skirt she wore while walking further into her kitchen she opened the fridge to pull out a bottle of apple juice from the multipack she'd bought. She didn't mind apple or orange but when she realised Mindy bought orange with pulp and she kept pulling out the wrong bottles, she stuck to apple juice.

Placing the bottle down she sucked in a breath, "hello Mindy" at that she turned abruptly to see someone in the ghostface costume. Her eyes widened as they lunged forward knife in hand and aiming for her. She dropped crawling out from underneath and ensuring to kick the side of their knee with as much force as she could muster. All that could be heard was a grunt.

Mindy.

Whoever they were, they thought she had been Mindy.

Ethan huffed after Anika had finally settled the argument. Turning to see the empty space by his side. Mallory had gone, to that he jolted up, he was supposed to distract the girl for the next hour or so. His father was making an attempt to go for Mindy and he was warned if Mallory was there he wouldn't hesitate to have her too. He tried to remain composed not to give away how much he was freaking out.

"Where did Mallory go?" He looked to Tara and Chad then turning to Mindy, "she was here, where did she go?"

Mindy shrugged, "probably back to our place"

He knew he could play to that, "alone?" Everyone looked at him blankly "none of us should be alone right now, not with a killer on the loose" he shook his head grabbing his backpack and throwing it over his shoulder. Aware that both Mindy and Chad began to follow after him.

He had sworn if his father had hurt Mallory in place of Mindy he'd physically tear her limb from limb with his bare fucking hands even if she wasn't to know, in his eyes it would be her fault.

"Fuck" Mallory yelled grabbing a vase filled with flowers, the only item close by the wall she'd be thrown into after hearing a crack as her body collided with the brick wall, though that was the least of her worries right now, she was being hunted by ghostface. The vase she'd grasped made contact with the side of their head, shattering and causing pieces of the glass to cut into her left hand. A wince of pain left her as the mask individual fell to their knees clutching their head.

She'd ran down the slim hallway and into her room, her and Mindy were only the second floor, she could escape through the window. She should've been more wary coming back here alone but at least Mindy wasn't here to experience this along with her.

While her blood covered hand clambered around the lock on the window as she fiddled to open it, covering it in blood in the process. Everyone had been at classes or away on lunch. You'd think someone would be below to hear her scream for help but their hadn't been a soul. Her and Mindy didn't live in the dormitory's attached to the university they stayed in more of a complex which was filled with students, only it was more secluded so screaming for any form of help was out of the question.
