It doesn't help that I always feel crappy
I want you to know
I'm not gonna let go
You've helped me so much
And for that I'm deeply touched
I truly am grateful
And I'm sorry I'm so hateful
If it weren't for you
I don't know what I'd do
I'd probably be dead
Or on drugs instead
Drugs sound great
But I don't want to make that mistake
Or to turn out like my dad
And do the same things he had
