Recap

'what in the world had just happened?

And why did it feel like my heart, soul, hopes and dreams had just been shattered.

Something was slowly dying inside me.

I mean does that even make sense some crazy beautiful jerk had just told me he didn't want to be friends with me and nearly choked me to death all because I was shamelessly eyeing him up and my soul is breaking? Like seriously?

Clearly there was something seriously wrong with me. But come on was I that revolting?

I felt broken over a guy I didn't even know.

I had been convinced when I first saw him there was something, something I couldn't explain between us.

Like he was supposed to be mine that he would love and protect me forever.

All I kept seeing now was the anger and disgust in his eyes.

This was my fault and I had no idea why.

Why I felt so lost,

why I felt so horrible,

why my heart was breaking,

But most of all why he hated me, i didn't know but God I wanted to.

"Clara"

"Clara"

A hand touched my shoulder. I saw the blonde girl from the morning. Amanda.

"Clara I've been calling you for like.....woah Clara are you okay?"

She was now inspecting my face.

"yeah I'm fine" I could tell she knew I was lying I could tell she wanted to ask but she didn't and I'm glad I'm not ready to face all my feelings never mind try and explain things I didn't even understand to another person.

"Look you've got chemistry and missed half the lesson I say we just ditch you look like you need a good cheering up anyway what do you say?"

I nodded.

Even though I knew my mother was probably going to kill me for playing truant on my first day but right now I didn't even care I needed to get away from this place before my day got any worse although I didn't see how that could even be possible.

After that Mandie practically dragged me to the parking lot. Her car was equally as gorgeous as her. I'm not exactly an expert on cars I mean hello bookworm over here however I can tell you it looked like it cost more than my life saving combined with everything I  had ever owned. Her car was in a line of others which were equally as expensive and gorgeous.

Honestly the car ride wasn't awkward or anything like I would have imagined Mandie is probably the bubbliest person I have ever met with the elegant graceful type of presence about her she kept the conversation going about literally everything.

But it wasn't boring you know in any other circumstance it would be but not with her.

She reminded me a little of my best friend back home Ariadne.

Ariadne and I had been best friends since nursery. She had hit Billy Biggins on the head with a Lego piece because he pulled my pigtails.

She gave him a chance to apologise however when he didn't she hit him with a Lego piece it wasn't very hard however the shock seemed to have got to him and he fainted.
