i wake up on my own today

i wish i didnt so i could keep going to sleep

i feel the sun bursting on my face

i get up and close my blinds but still feel the radiation from the sun

i went downstairs to watch tv and have a lazy day

but instead i see my best friend there instead

"what are you doing at my house so early" i groan
"its so hot outside and my house is like hot too so i just came over for a bit" she said

im a little mad at her hut its whatever

i walk into the kitchen and open the cabinet

i grab a donut and walk back into the living room to sit with my best friend

i get a message from tom

"hey if your awake i was wondering if you wanted to come swim at my house today?"

"whos that" my best friend says leaning over

"he asked if i wanted to swim with him at his house"

"can i come?" she jumps up

i text tom back

"can my best friend come too?"

"ofc my brother is gonna be there too"

i follow her upstairs to get a bathing suit

we both start flying threw bathing suits

and my best friend picks out a black bottom and red top

my friend gets dressed and grabs a bag

she throws some shorts and a big t-shirt

i threw on some sweatpants over my bottoms and threw a t-shirt in her bag

"ok im ready!" she jumps leaving my room
i follow behind her

all the way downstairs into her car

on the way to toms house the car ride was very silent
