a Few moments ago:-
"Who is that man? From his appearance, he looks like a prince. Is he acquainted with Prince Taehyung somehow?" She wondered aloud. After waiting there for a moment, she decided to go to her mother. When she reached her mother's room, she saw the woman was fuming with anger. Sooyoung didn't understand what happened in the short time that made her mother angry. "Mother," she called, and Dae-hee looked at her acknowledging her presence. "Sooyoung-ah, ask the servants to bring me some water." Sooyoung nodded and went towards the door. He saw some guards and maids there and asked one of them to bring refreshments quickly. When she came back to her mother, Dae-hee was looking through the windows. "Mother, what is it? You look angry for some reason. Did the king upset you?" Sooyoung asked, coming closer.
"Did you meet Prince Taehyung? He looks more handsome now. Did you fix the marriage date, Mother?" Sooyoung asked again when her mother didn't reply. "Will you keep that mouth of yours shut, Sooyoung?" Dae-hee asked, clenching her fist. Sooyoung flinched upon hearing her mother's tone. She cast her eyes downward. "The marriage isn't happening," Dae-hee said after some time and Sooyoung looked at her, shocked. "What? Why? What happened so suddenly that the marriage is not happening?" Sooyoung asked tears in her eyes. "I Just met Prince Taehyung and he didn't mention anything." She continued and Dae-hee groaned. "It's because of that ungrateful child your marriage is canceled, Princess Sooyoung." Dae-hee gritted out and Sooyoung's eyes went wide. "Mother, can you tell me the reason? I am getting worried." "Your betrothed got married to someone else. Satisfied?"
Sooyoung looked at her mother surprisedly and then she started laughing out loud. "Is that it?" she asked, trying to control her laugh and Dae-hee looked at her shocked. "Have you lost your mind? Isn't that enough?" Sooyoung shook her head. "Mother, he is a crown prince. He can marry more than one person. It doesn't matter who comes first or who comes last. It matters for the one who has the power." Sooyoung said smirking and Dae-hee shook her head. "It's not easy, Sooyoung." "Mother... don't underestimate me. I know how to put that wench in her place. Who is she anyways? Did you see her? Is she prettier than me? Even if she is, I don't care. I'll throw her to the harem. Or I'll make Prince Taehyung do that." Sooyoung said and Dae-hee scoffed. "It's a man." "What?" "Prince Taehyung married a man. A commoner at that." Dae-hee said and Sooyoung looked surprised. "What? Mother, you said Prince Seokjin prefers men. That's why we went for Taehyung. He also prefers men?"
Dae-hee shrugged. "I didn't know, Sooyoung-ah." Sooyoung clicked her tongue in annoyance. "It's okay if that's a man," she said after some time. "I'll do the same. I'll make him go to the harem. He can be a concubine there." Sooyoung said, smirking and Dae-hee grimaced. "I said the same to the prince and the next moment his sword was in my throat." Sooyoung gasped. "What? Did he point his sword at you? But you are older than him?" Dae-hee laughed at this. "He said, if I spoke ill about his husband again, then he won't hesitate to use the sword." "Is he in love with the man?" Sooyoung wondered out loud and Dae-hee sighed. "Seems like it." "Wait, Mother, I think I met that husband outside," Sooyoung said remembering her conversation with Prince Taehyung. "What? How? Did he say something to you?" Dae-hee asked and Sooyoun shook her head.
