𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐂𝐑𝐔𝐒𝐇; 𝚑𝚢𝚞𝚗𝚕𝚒x 𝐒1

Episode 23: 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐝𝐬

That afternoon after they return home from the mall, Hyunjin and Felix went straight ahead to school for their board meeting with the rest of the councils. It was a rather short meeting, but still a necessary one, considering there were a lot of things going on. The meeting wasn't as boring as the usual meeting they had in the morning though, because Felix was there along with him and he looked more excited than usual. That made things even better for Hyunjin. They could do anything together now, if only for this small while. And when they would be able to spend time alone, it was much more exciting. Hyunjin didn't care that his boyfriend was so enthusiastic about something else, he enjoyed everything about Felix anyway; his smile, his laugh, his energy, everything.

When he arrived at their meeting room, the door already open, he could see Seungmin, Chan and Changbin there already. But there wasn't any Minho in the room. Which was unusual as well; he usually never missed a meeting. "Where is hyung?" He asked, sitting down on the chair beside Felix.
Changbin shrugged. "He said he'll be a bit late. Had to take some errands at home before he can come over." As if on cue, a loud thump was heard outside, followed by muffled yelling. There was silence afterwards, which meant no one came inside yet or at least not until Minho opened the door himself. "Good timing, we were just discussing what you need to tell us about the plan," Chan explained.

Minho simply walked into the room, greeting everyone in a way as normal as ever. When he sat down next to Hyunjin though, his face was serious instead of the cheerful look he usually wore whenever they saw each other. 'Maybe Hyunjin should talk to him first...'
"Sorry, I'm late. I have quite a few ideas here that you might want to know but let's see about Felix's first since he's the head committee of the music department. And the following weeks, we will have these different musicals inside the theaters." As Minho talked, he pulled out a piece of paper from his bag, handing it to the others. It appeared he prepared them in advance beforehand. "These are all the songs we should put on display. And we've also added a few extra ones, since these are a part of the new show that started last night. Theater Plays will be Felix's first ever project in this one. I hope the students will cooperate with him and work harder. And we will help him to make sure that his ideas would work. After all, a lot of students are interested in musicals like these."

Seungmin nodded and passed the paper back to Minho. Chan skimmed through it, and then handed it back as well. "Okay, I believe we have everything covered here. But we must go over this again. You can't rush your plans, okay? Anyway, Felix, what do you have in mind?"
Felix hummed for a moment, thinking about his list. "Well, I guess my first priority is the production of the play. We don't have many rehearsals for it yet and I don't know how much our schedule allows for. So I thought we should give some time for auditions at first. I also think we should try to keep things organized and as easy as possible for the student to follow the plot. We need the drama club too, of course. But maybe we could try to make the plays as popular as they could, without making them overly complicated in order to keep the students focused on the task at hand. What do you guys say?"

Seungmin was nodding before Felix finished speaking, as Chan seemed to agree with him too, and Minho was smiling, seemingly satisfied. "Sounds good. Let me send some epsilon members to organize the theater production. In the meantime, we can start doing auditions tomorrow. If everything goes according to plan, we should be able to have them ready for the first week of school next month. Okay?" Seungmin nodded once more and everyone else repeated the gesture. With that, the meeting ended, and everyone began packing up their stuff. Once everything was finished, most of them left the room, leaving just Hyunjin and Felix behind.

Hyunjin took the opportunity to get closer to Felix and wrap an arm around his shoulders. "I told you, babe, we will work hard." Then he kissed his cheek lightly and smiled warmly. "Don't worry, we will. I'm so excited for this, Hyune!"
As always, Felix's words helped calm him down. Being with him, especially when things were going smoothly and the future seemed bright, gave him such a sense of security. Of course his boyfriend was talented and smart, but nothing would ever stop him from being happy. "I am too~" He replied softly, squeezing Felix tighter. "We will work really hard." He felt Felix nodding against his chest.
