"Rise and shine, sleepy head!" Garmadon said out loud, happily." It's six am." He opens Lloyd's door."Early ninja gets the worm, oh my" Garmadon puts his hands on his hip in disappointment."Will you look at this mess." He scan Lloyd's messy room. He'd never thought Lloyd would be messy."Let's clean up this mess" He then jumps and starts cleaning Lloyd's room. Loud stomps and clattering had woken Lloyd. He grunts from all the noise.

"A messy room makes for a messy ninja, Lloyd." Garmadon explains to Lloyd, who's still lying in bed. Garmadon picks up pizza boxes on the top of the drawer and stomped for the soda cans, that were on the ground. "And we are not messy ninja's." Lloyd covers his face with his pillow. Garmadon grabs Lloyd's spear, left on the wall,"Spears belong in their racks," he toss two spears in the rack. He then grabs shurkiens and throwing stars from the ground and jumps over Lloyd's bed. "Shurkien and throwing star bin."
"Make it stop!" Lloyd groaned turning to his side.And he then walks to the wall where a sword was stabbed into. He grabs it," Bladed weapons don't just get stabbed into walls," he places it in a sword bin," They actually have a place."

He grabs a chicken that is besides Lloyd's bed. "And chickens do not belong indoors" He points to signal the chicken to leave. It clucks in anger when leaving.

Garmadon once again placed his hands on his hips, but this time with a smile on his face. "Now this place is starting to look like something." He turns to his son, still lying in bed. "Are you still lying there?" Garmadon asks. Lloyd turns his head away from his father's direction with annoyance. "Come on, up,up sleepy head!" He drags Lloyd off his bed. And drags him next to him. "The best away to chase those sleepies is with a few jumping jacks!"

Garmadon tried giving Lloyd encouragement. "Ready set go!" He then starts doing jumping jacks while counting. However, Lloyd was still sleepy and layed back onto his bed. "Am I having a nightmare or is this really happening?" Lloyd asked himself.

The sound of sizzling filled the kitchen. Lloyd walked in and sees his father cooking breakfast. "You made breakfast?" Lloyd asked. Garmadon turned to face Lloyd and said, "Of course I made breakfast." He turns back to cooking. " It is the important meal of the day. And if we are going get you back in shape and fix your life, you are going to need your strength." Lloyd say down irritated. He doesn't like how his father said his life need fixing. " My doesn't need fixing, father." Garmadon grabs a plate and places the pancakes and bacon onto it. "That's not what your sister told me."

Garmadon waves a spoon around," She said your powers are going haywire and you can't control water anymore." he continues." Personally, I never had that problem when I was the master of water." Lloyd stares at him with annoyance. "But never fear, we'll figure it out together." Lloyd looks down at his breakfast. He cringes a little back noticing the color of the breakfast. Lloyd grabs a bacon." Um, why is the bacon green?" Garmadon laughs at Lloyd's question. "That's not bacon, son." He picks it up with a spoon. "It's seaweed."

Lloyd looks at the seaweed. "Seaweed..." He said, backing his head away. Garmadon continues to speak. "Goes well with tofu pancakes." Lloyd jabs the tofu pancakes with the cooked seaweed. "Ew, yeah no."

"And, it would get you in tuned with your element." He grabs a seaweed with the spoon once more. "Now eat up."

" No way am I-" Lloyd gets interrupted when his father shoved the spoon of seaweed in his mouth. Lloyd gagged.

Garmadon grabs a bucket full of water and places it on the ground. "Now for some water basics: Water stance." Lloyd looks at his father. He breathes in softly. And preformed water stance. "No, no, your form is terrible, Lloyd." Garmadon begins water stance, "Like this." Lloyd looks at him and sighs. He performs it again. Trying to copy his father's movement. "Ah,ah, arms up!" He instructed. Lloyd tried again frustrated. "Not quite." Lloyd grunts with annoyance. " Back straight." Garmadon poked with a staff,"foot planted, hands up." He then helps Lloyd with his focus,"Eyes fixed."
