Chapter 3: Candy club

That day was still the same as usual, you walked at the side of the street. Passing by an old butcher house called "Boys n' grills" for some reason that place was abandoned, your father used to work there. But then he quit for some personal reasons, tho you still dont know until today.

As you were walking still, you noticed a candy shop just a mile from the butcher house. You make your way to the candy shop, now opening the entrance of the store. As the door opened, it made a bell sound.

"hello there! Welcome to Candy club, how can i assist you with today?" an man introduced himself to you, you were surprised that this man is energetic. Although he's face seemed stress, you then got closer now at the counter.

"hey! Can i have all of the candy and double it?" you said confidently, the man smiled and then grabbed a cardboard box.

"hey, do you perhaps have seen any.. Pumpkin and a skeleton by any chance?" he lowered he's tone by the "pumpkin and a skeleton by any chance", at first you look a bit confused, but then realized what he was saying.

"o-oh! No actually, i just got out of an appointment" you then said looking at the man grabbing all of the candy's, doubling it.

The man then sighed in relief, now making he's way to the counter again to get the payment "oh! Thats a relief, because every time those two gets in here. They make lots of people hurt! Like that one time a chucky doll wannabe stabbed me on the leg, if you dont believe me then i could show you prove if you want" he now then packed the candy's up real good, now putting it in a plastic bag. Handing it to you, you smiled then took the plastic bag.

"no need to! I believe you anyways" you then grabbed your purse, unzipping it and searching for your wallet. "how much is all?" you said letting out your wallet out of your purse, now you both were making eye contact.

"that'll be $16" he said looking at you, smiling. You took out $20 from your wallet, giving it to him as you were smiling back at him as well.

"keep the change, you deserve it" you said with full confidence, he really does deserve it tho. You see he's expression change, you chuckled at him now. Then making your way out of the store, as you were about to leave. The man yelled at you
"wait! I didnt get your name" he shouted at you, you looked back at him "my names Y/N" you said to him, you were holding onto the exit door. "hi y/n.. Im Kevin, its really nice to meet you" he said grinning at you, making you smile back at him even more.

"its nice to meet you too, kevin" you then said your goodbyes, making your way again to the exit door.

"what time is it?" you said confusingly, you took your phone from your purse then looked at the time.

It was 4:57 pm, just in time to get ready for another appointment.

"i am starving.. Where should i eat?" you just got put of work, tired and yet very starving.

You walked by the candy store aka the candy club, you noticed that there were lights a mile away from the candy club.

"the hell?" you then walked quickly, curious to know what was going on.

"wow, is this a new restaurant?" you stopped, looking up at a sign.

Boys & grills was at the sign.
