{I have ADHD so I just quickly thought of this. BTW the fidget that is in the story is the same fidget that I have IRL}
You just gotten a package and you were excited, "FINALLY! ITS HERE!" you scream as you run down the stairs, Eddie now worrying if are you okay mentally {Eddie is the post office worker} and Wally hearing you all the way from home, so out of curiosity, Wally came to check on you and say hi. "Hey ya neighbor, what are you so exited for?"
"THIS!" {Fidget here:

} you show him the fidget "Oh, nice, but I don't see why you're screaming at the top of your lungs to express your happiness, I'm kind of concerned."
"Oh shush I'm fine, I think..." you say, now concerned for your own mental health then remember you have the fidgets so then you freak out again, then you rip up in the box and start to play with them, "Ok then..." he says, as you do such, "I'm going to go, see you!" he says, then kisses you on top of your head, making you freeze in place out of surprise, "Love you!" he walks off.
