Chapter 1

A/N- Most of this story is going to be in Ivy's pov I might change it but I'm not sure yet

I woke up to the sound of screaming I slowly opened my eyes and was greeted by Julie's face and a pillow "Wake up right now" Julie said wacking a pillow I'm my face between words "Stop it I'm gonna get up now" I said. Julie backed off "well better hurry I'm pretty sure Flynn and Bonnie are downstairs.

I got up and went to the bathroom took a shower then went to my dresser and put on a white t-shirt that says sunset curve I got it off my mum and I put on some grey leggings and black and white converse and put my hair in a messy bun.

I walked downstairs and was greeted by my little cousin Carlos "good morning Carlos" I say while running my hand through his hair "morning ivy" he said and then walked off "morning ivy do you want some breakfast" my uncle said "morning and no I'm alright where's Julie" "she should be waiting outside, Have a good day ivy!" Ray said. "I will, love you!" I say while walking out the door. "Love you to!" I hear my uncle ray shout.

I walked outside and was greeted by my friend Bonnie "well well sleeping beauty has awoken from her slumber" she said while putting her arm over my shoulder "ha ha very funny Bon Bon" "you know I hate that nickname" "I know that's why I said it"

We get to school and I see Julie by her locker "how lovely of you to wait for me to get to school" i say sarcastically. "Well I'm sorry but you took to long". "Do you know what your gonna do about the music program you know what miss said" I say "yes i know exactly what she said and I don't know yet, do you know what your gonna do?" Julie questions me. "Basically the same as you". "Well we have music now so we don't have much time to think about it" we link arms and walk to music
*near the end of music*
Mrs Harrison "and the last people to perform are ivy and Julie" Flynn and Bonnie wish us luck and we walk up I take my stand behind my microphone and Julie behind the piano I take a deep breath as Julie starts the piano music I take a look at all the people with their eyes on me I started to sing but no words came out "I'm sorry I can't" I ran off down the stairs while knowing Flynn Julie and Bonnie are running behind me before I go around the corner I hear Julie say "let's just give her time"
*after school*
"I'm going to my room" I walk to my room get changed into a pink jumper and black sweatpants grab my diary and start writing about my day then Carlos barges into my room and I snap my diary shut and shove it under my pillow "WOAH! Have you heard of a thing called nocking" "sorry but Bonnies down stairs and she payed me to barge into your room so I did" he walks away and Bonnie comes into my room "Hello poison ivy" "hello Bon Bon" Bonnie sits on my bed "how are you" "I'm fine why" "you barged out of music and ran away what happens there" "I tried I really did I tried for my mum I tried for my dad I've tried for every one but I saw all the eyes on me and couldn't" "I get that it's difficult when you lose a loved one" "oh I also saw Julie walking into your garage before", "yeah I heard my uncle talking to her"

After about 20 minutes we hear Julie scream so we ran downstairs and saw Julie "woah Jules what's going on" "I saw a ghost a GHOST!" Julie ran off "well imma go see you tomorrow poison ivy" Bonnie walked away

I walk into the garage trying to find this "ghost" Julie's talking about I look everywhere even in the loft I find a bin bag filled with things I look through the things in the bag and find an old picture that looked like it had been there for years it was a picture of my mom with a guitar and 4 other guys that I recognise from somewhere but don't know where. I pick up the picture and put it in my sweater pocket and walk down the ladder

I hear whispers behind me talking about how I look familiar to them I turn around and..

A/N- hope you like the first chapter I'm open to criticism since I'm a first time writer I want to make my first book as perfect as I can get it and I'm British so I might of let some of my British slang fly but second chapter might come out tonight or tomorrow have a good day/night
