Chapter 3

"Ryder! Come on, I know it's you're first day of filming, you will be fine!" Jeff said as he waited down stairs for me.

"Jeff, I'm tired. We don't have to film for like three hours!" I complained as I walked down stairs.

It's taken time to get used to the quietness. The way around the large home, not having all the screaming and yelling. Finally I felt as if I was home. After Jeff finally convinced me to get in the car, we drove to set. Jeff basically had nothing for me to do. I ran over my lines over and over, walked around set and then I heard voices. Jeff and I are supposed to be the only one here.

"Will you- no that's to classic. How about, I have been thinking for a whil- UGH! Why do I get so nervous?" I heard a voice say.

I knew that voice. Dylan.

"Because, when you like someone they make you nervous. It's completely normal." I heard Hollands voice say.

"Okay I'm going with what we said earlier. Do you think she will say yes?"

Maybe he was talking about me? The thought made my heart skip a beat. But... why would he like me? No one has ever stayed in my life, ever.

"Yes. I think she will. Just make sure you are confident when you ask her, girls like that. Plus I think she really likes you" Holland said.

"Alright you call Crystal and I will go get us all some coffee"

My heart sank to my stomach as I realized Dylan wasn't asking me out... he was asking Crystal out. My eyes began to water, but I pushed the tears away.

'Don't be a fool. You should have known he wasn't talking about you' I spoke softly to my self. I snapped out of my thoughts when I heard Dylan's foot steps walk towards the door. I ran back to Jed's office and washed the past five minutes out of my head. Or at least I tied to.

+++Dylan's POV+++

Crystal finally arrived after ten minutes. I was feeling so nervous, and I don't know why. Well I do know but I don't know it's effecting me this much.

"So do you think this is a good idea?" I asked her.

"Yeah I think this is a great idea. You guys would be cute."

"I don't know, what if she doesn't like me." I say with fear in my voice.

"Impossible, you are the sweetest person I know."

I gave crystal and holland a hug to show my appreciation. Today after we got done filming, we all got our new lines for another episode. Normally, Ryder would be ecstatic but she just tossed them aside. Ryder was not acting her self today.

"Hey Ryder, can I talk to you?" I asked.

"Yeah"

She stood up and I couldn't help but stare at her. Ryder was short, about 5'3. She had beautiful hazel eyes, that were so easy to get lost in. Her hair was slightly curly and chocolate brown. She had a beautiful smile, and an adorable nose. She flashed me a smile, but it wasn't a normal smile. It was a 'maybe if I smile he won't know something is wrong' smile.

"What's wrong Ry? You haven't been acting yourself today." I asked.

She bit her lip which I learned is what she does when she's fighting back tears.

"Nothing, really." She said with the same smile.

"Alright. I was going to ask you-"

"I know. You are going to ask out Crystal. I think you two would be a cute couple. She's a lucky girl."

Her eyes left mine and I saw her walk towards her dressing room. Watching her cry takes me back to the night when she called me to come get her. I never want to see her get hurt like that again.

"Ryder!" I said as she turned around.

"What Dylan?" Her voice spoke softly.

"I wasn't going to ask out Crystal. I was going to ask you...

Teen Wolf Premiere

"Jeff lets go! I'm a sixteen year old girl and I didn't even take as long as you" I laughed.

After like forever and a day later, Jeff's and I got in the limo with the rest of the cast. I sat between Posey and Dylan.

"Wow, you look... you look beautiful" Dylan blushed and kissed my cheek.

"JEFF! DYLANS KISSING MY SISTER AGAIN!" Posey pouted.

"Hey! I technically haven't kissed her yet!" Dylan through his hands up.

"Lame" Colton scoffed.

Crystal kicked Colton's shin.

"Hey, let it happen on its own" Crystal said to Colton as he squealed in pain.

After spending a wonderful night with the people I love most, we decided to go to for dinner.

"I would like to make a toast!" Jeff said as he stood up.

We all put our forks down and the room grew quite.

"It's kind of crazy-well really crazy actually- to think that tonight was the first episode of teen wolf. You all have worked so hard to earn this. You all come in early and leave late, and not to mention you have been like family to me. Not just me, but too each other. No matter what happens in the future, I want you all to be there for each other. Even though you are all pretty crazy... I love you"

Dylan's hand grabbed mine under the table. I smiled at him as I raised my glass (of water).

"To family" I said

"To family" Everyone repeated.
