    Aditya tried her number, but she didn't pick up then he went into CCTV room to check where she went.

     After some time:-

        " Why you did, what you did few moments ago? Will you please care to explain.." Aditya asked her in edgy voice as he was controlling his anger.

        Avantika was shocked to find him there.

      " You forgot this is my office. So, I can get any information which I want to know. Now will you please answer my question?” He again asked.

        "I am not answerable to you for anything and off course except showing how superior you are than me, what else you can do? So, keep your office to yourself, I am not interested." Saying this she started to go but that door was not opening.

        " That door will only open when you will give me proper answer of your behaviour, till that no one will go from here" Aditya said to her.

   " Oh, so now you will force me?" She asked in anger.

   " I have no such intentions, just give me answer and you are free to go as simple as that." He again repeated.

   "What answer you want?" She retorted.

    " Why you insulted my guest? You have always talked rudely with me but I never took it seriously, but you don't have any right to behave like that in front of my guest. So, I want to know why you did
that? and I want you to say sorry to her" Aditya said to her.

     " Insulted?Wow,I am really impressed. I didn't say anything to her and yet you think that I insulted her. she did insult me intentionally, but you didn't say anything to her and forget that, you yourself were mocking me in front of her; that doesn't come under definition of insult Mr Aditya Diwan? or I don't have any self-respect in your eyes, so you don't feel like I also deserve respect." Avantika blasted in anger.

      "Avantika, have you lost your mind? When did I mock you in front of her? forget her, in front of anyone for that matter? Please enlighten me. When did she insulted you? as far as I know you guys never had any interactions then how and when? Please enlighten me about that also." He said in sarcastic tone.

      " Wow, showing me as incapable in front of some outsider is not an insult for you? good, I am impressed, and off course how would you remember what your dearest guest did to me? You only
remember my faults.So what if she taunted me on my first day of office and killed my selfconfidence, it's not a big deal, right?" She asked from him.

         For few seconds Aditya just kept looking at her with utter confusion. He was trying too hard to remember when he said anything wrong about her to anyone?how would he know what
happened between them if he was not there and no one cared to share it with him? He was getting more frustrated with every passing second as he was not getting her reason of anger then suddenly it clicked to him. He looked at her with sad and disheartened face.

     " Avantika,is it this much difficult for you to understand me or you deliberately don't want to? I can't believe that you can even think that I can insult you deliberately in front of others. What you think of as so-called insult was my sincere attempt to help you. I thought that maybe there must be so many things which you can't share with me or your team being male colleagues.So, it will be good for you to have a female mentor who can give you proper guidance from female specific viewpoint. You will feel comfortable in talking with her and will get so much useful tips also from her which can help you to grow in your career. I am literally shocked to know that according to you, I was showing you
inferior in front of her by praising her. Please tell me from where it was insult or mocking you? and about that day, for your kind information, you had not told me anything regarding that conversation but it was me who tried to help you that day, remember? " He asked with sadness filled voice.
