Haseena asked her to come inside and Karishma immediately opened the door and came inside.

It's been more than 2 long years since Haseena saw or heard from Karishma. These two years where she felt every day goes by breaking her heart inside with the lack of contact. As these days passed Haseena became more and more convinced that that was it and she wasn't going to have any form relationship with Karishma. It absolutely devastated her, like other people Karishma too tried to make a distance with her because she is a Mallik after all.

On the other hand, after looking at Haseena, Karishma felt that she became lively again just like the first rain drops touch the ground and it immediately response the nature by spreading it's earthly fragrance.

She started to walk towards Haseena with a smile on face and feeling that she can concur the world, almost forgetting the reason, why she came to meet her.

Here, Haseena get up from her chair and came forward to look Karishma more closely. Even after processing that Karishma going to visit her, Haseena was looking at karishma, like she still can't believe that Karishma actually is in her hospital in her cabin where they had long chitchat sessions.

Haseena was so happy. She thought, it was the best thing that happened to her in those two years. Karishma came to visit her, maybe just maybe she has been busy with her duties and only now she got some free time. She got her hopes up by neglecting that Karishma may come over here for other work.

All this while she was only looking at Karishma's face and tried to match image she used to remember, whenever she felt anxious. A dimple smile appeared on her face as she scanned her face and it matched exactly with the face used to remember.

But Haseena can say that Karishma was looking pale, it may be because of workload and it can be the affect of traveling from Lucknow to Mumbai, she thought. She moved her eyes from her face and looked at Karishma from head to toe and her eyes noticed some hospital reports.

She came forward worriedly to check Karishma, but before her hand reached to karishma's forehead, Karishma too forward hand to shake with a smile.

"Hello, Dr Haseena, how are you...?", Karishma's voice distracted her motion and her hand stopped infront of Karishma eyes, Haseena looked at her eyes and took her step back.

Meanwhile Karishma moved forward to hug her after looking at Haseena's hand but unfortunately shrugging off her thoughts of checking her, Haseena forwarded her hand to shake.

Smile appeared on both the faces by the confusion but finally they shake their hands.

"I'm doing good...", Haseena too answered formally. "I think you haven't forgiven me yet for my behavior..", She thought.

"How are you Karishma Singh....? and what are these reports in your hands..?", She asked once again worriedly looking at the reports then at Karishma.

"Hum thik hai..aur ye reports.. ", Karishma couldn't complete her sentence, and Haseena asked her to seat first and herself took a seat beside her.

"Now tell me, are you okay and what are these reports..?", Haseena asked her while once again looking at her to find the answer before Karishma could tell.

"Ye Kareena ke reports hai.. ", Karishma said while clearing her throat and gulped the lump which was formed after remembering her daughter's condition and forwarded the reports to Haseena. She took it immediately and place her palm on karishma's which was in her lap and raised her eyebrow asking about the person.
