Naruko was walking to the living room while holding Kurama. 'If I meet Tobirama, I need to give this broch back. I cannot accept this...' Naruko thought. Soon the maid opened the door and Naruko walked inside the living.
As the maid closed the door, Naruko looked up and was shocked to see Tobirama sitting on the chair while reading a book. He stopped reading when he saw Naruko. "Oh, hello." Tobirama stood up from the chair and bowed. "Ah, hello..." Naruko bowed her head.
"What brings you here, your Highness?" Naruko asks as she sat on the couch and Tobirama sat back in the chair. "Oh, something grown-ups talk," Tobirama said. "Ah, I see..." Naruko said.
"You act so mature than your original age I need to compliment you about this," Tobirama said. "Really?" Naruko asks. "Yea, most of the children at your age just want to do something else than read or think before speaking," Tobirama said.
"Heh, that's what other maids here say too," Naruko said.
Tobirama only looked at the girl.
'How come she wants to break the engagement with the Southern Crown Prince, and that reaction...' Tobirama thought as he got a flashback. "Say..." Tobirama said. "Hm?"
"Is it true that you are half-blood? Half noble and half commoner?" Tobirama asks. Naruko was silent. "That is true, but, in my mother's culture, I couldn't tell it is common," Naruko said. "Not?" Tobirama said.
"My mom always told me their folklore and fairytales from her culture," Naruko said. "But, what I heard, your mother never had a status. Until she married your father." Tobirama said.
"Are you here to bad mouth my mother?" Naruko asks. Both of them looked at each other.
"I'm not bad-mouthing," Tobirama said. Naruko was surprised. "I'm only asking. And, do you more about your mother's culture?" Tobirama asks.
Minato office
"Sorry for coming in last minute." Bustuma apologized. "No no, it's ok. So, what do you want to talk about?" Minato asks. "It's about your daughter's engagement," Butsuma said. "My, daughters...? His Majesty didn't reply to me about Naruko's and Crown Prince's engagement." Minato said.
"And you want to end this engagement?" Butsuma asks. "I'm only doing this because my daughter asks me this," Minato said. "Princess asked you?" Bustuma ask. "That's right. If I say this as a father, then I'm worried about my daughter. After a few days ago, she began to act strangely. She was all worried and acted as if something bad had happened that she needed to see herself." Minato said.
"Really? See herself? I think we have something alike." Bustuma said. Minato looked up.
"A day before we came to Southern Empire, Tobirama also acted strange. When he woke up from a long trip, he looked at me like he saw a ghost." Butsuma said. "You mean, right 3 days ago?" Minato asks. "That's right," Butsuma said.
"I don't know. But, maybe it's just a coincidence?" Minato asks. "Coincidence or not, I think your daughter and my son have a connection with each other. And I thought they could have the engagement instead." Butsuma said.
"Tobirama to be my daughter's fiance?" Minato asks. "That's right. I mean, Tobirama is 14. But-" Minato slammed his cup of tea harshly on the table. Butsuma wasn't sure whether to speak or not. He looked at Grand Duke, and Minato had a scary face.
