The rolls and squeaks of the trolley were loud from where we sat, which was inside the storage area of it! Both me and Luke were sat there together covered by the long table cloth, as the Prince pushed us closer to the kitchen."This better be worth it," the prince muttered in frustration as he listened to all the small mummers from the confused servants with their accompanying looks, which all made Luke chuckle forcing me to nudge him in the stomach, "You'll blow this whole thing! Shush!" I whispered harshly.
Finally making it to the entrance of the kitchen hall, prince Aiden cleared his throat very loudly "Uhm!" 2 of the maids went up to him and asked.
"Your Highness!? What brings you hear?" One of them told him.
"I have news to bring you all, that is all the kitchen staff," he said "First bring this inside, I'm already upset that I had to bring this here personally,"
One of the maids gasped and the other grabbed the trolley and pulled us inside. "We are so sorry! Please forgive us your Highness, what is it you want,"
With a slightly guilty expression Aiden had responded "Bring all your staff out here! All of them, from the Chefs to the cleaning maids. I want no one left inside. I must speak with you all!"
The maid then nodded and rounded up all the servants, gathering outside they stood around the Prince and waited for his announcement. 'This is so awkward...' he thought.
Meanwhile in the kitchen me and Luke had just gotten out of the trolley since the coast was clear. "At least he is useful in something," Luke laughed.
I gave him a quick glare and told him "Must you be so rude to him all the time?!"
He then paused and smiled even more "I'm sorry, I just don't like those who are mean to my admirers, "
With a blunt expression I pointed at the desserts " Let's move the trolley and get those sweets,"
"Right," he responded, we did everything as quickly as possible getting as much as we could filling both the top tray and the storage area with plates of so called 'luxury foods'.
"Oh this is the best day ever!" Luke's eyes lit up as we began to push the trolley to the back door that led outside. "I can wait!" I let out as my mouth began to salvate!"
(In the kitchen there were two doors, one which was an exit to the palace and one which was an entrance and exit to it)
We had reached the door and Harper had began to help us move out, when I say the most gorgeous chocolate moose on the centre counter. Harper noticed my reaction and in panic told me to leave it. But I asserted and went ahead in my ways.
Of course nothing goes this smoothly when it comes to me, I had mistakenly hit a steel spoon and made it fly off the counter. Alerting the staff.
A servant came to check and when he was found with the shadow of running children by the large exit doors and their small giggles and snickers he screamed "Theives! We've been robbed!" And so all them came rushing in.
Even prince Aiden he sighed and held his head "They spilt a trail of chocolate moose," he whispered in annoyance.
As the Staff were busy trying to chase after the culprits it was too late we had already left the area safely.
"Your Highness?" One of the Chefs questioned "Where you perhaps apart of this scheme?" He asked.
He sighed once more. 'I guess they left me to take the blame,' he thought as he tightened his fist.
However I would never leave Prince Aiden.
I went back to retrieve him, even with the objections of Luke and Harper saying I would be the only one to face punishments if I was caught, yet how could I leave him out after he helped us.
I went back to the front of the Palace and snuck myself into the kitchen amongst the chaos. Everyone seemed to be distracted by the dessert thieves.
I grabbed his hand and with a mischievous grin I told him "Your expression. You are stupid if you think I would leave you,"
His face displaying surprise as we began to run out of the Palace hand in hand.
"Hey Kids! Get back here!" They yelled as we ran down the hall. "Come let's hide!" I said as I panted and pulled him behind a wall.
But the maids approached and look to look over the corner. The prince had found a small space to hide and quickly dragged me into the small caboard with him.
It would be a lie if I wasn't the most happiest in this stressful situation.
We both watched through the gap in-between it's doors hand in hand as the suspense filled us both.
..I guess in that moment he didn't mind holding my hand...
"Let's go!" I smiled as I pushed open the doors and jumped out with him "This is our chance!"
His expression showing alarm as he ran with me.
"Oi! Kids!" One of the works pointed.
But they were too far behind.
And Prince Aiden's face of shock transformed into a large smile "You're really crazy," he laughed.
Yet dispite his comment I couldn't help but smile at his beautifully rare expression.

We had made it back to our meeting spot and the four of us sat together as we began to feast on our treasures.
Though at first the Prince was reluctant at first.
"I'm not eating any of these stolen goods," he told me as I offered him some chocolates.
"Please, could you? For me?"
The Price looked at me and scoffed "No,"
'What a stuck up jerk,' thought Luke. "I'll do it for you, Ari, I'll do anything to make you happy," he told her as he took the chocolate out of her hands and ate it. "It's even more delicious coming from you," he then gave the Prince a sneer.
I then smacked him over the head and gave him a dirty look "It wasn't for you, theif,"
"Makes no difference stealing stolen goods from the theif who stole them herself," he teased as he rubbed his throbbing head.
"I'll have some!" The Prince reluctantly stated as he watched our exchange.
Immediately jumping up, I pulled some out and presented them to him "Here!"
He took one and ate it as he did I smiled in content. His ears slightly turning red as he watched my smile.
"Embarrassed your being fed by a girl," Luke laughed. "Aria, feeds me all the time,"
Harper smacked him over the head as well "Stop turning everything into a competition, I'm trying to enjoy my strawberry tarts!"
Luke sat there again rubbing his throbbing head.
Upon hearing Luke's comment the Prince turned cold and away from me to, taking the rest of the chocolates " Thanks, I'll eat them,"
Slightly depressed by his change in mood, I sighed as began to indulge myself. "I guess 5 months of being so close isn't enough to be considered at least a friend," I muttered.
