Have you ever wondered what death felt like? That's a daily thought for me, I beg for death to find me. I will spend countess hours just thinking of when I'll die, and how.
Will it be at the hands of my kidnappers?
Or will I just simply slip away?
I don't remember a time when I wasn't strapped to this bed, in this room. This is the only thing I know. I don't remember my parents, family, friends, my school, or if I had any pets.
Am I missed? When did this happen to me? I don't want to be here...
Anywhere but here...
The mask on my face, muffling my screams and pleads for help, became of no use long ago. I've gone mute. I couldn't bear the thought of no one hearing me anyway.
The gas mask on my face always weighs my head down. I have no will over my body anymore. I've become so numb. The things that happened in this room to me over the years- are just disgusting, monstrous, and plain out horrible.
I live in house with three other vampires, I guess you could call me a slave, but my situations different. They drink my blood, have my way with me, and try to break me- through abuse of course.
They try to break me due to my 'gifts'. I'm 'special'.
Why me...?
Can't they kill me?
Tell me who I am at least?
I study the ceiling. I hate laying here in the same position, so I shift a little bit so I'm a little more comfortable. Than I hear the door slowly open. My blood turns to ice, their here.
Go away...
Not today...
Please...
But my quiet pleads don't make it to 'the one above.' I close my eyes, my hands start to sweat, my body's tense, waiting for the first strike.
The bed dips beside me. But the vampire makes no move to hurt me or even look at me. I loll my head toward the stranger. I watch him.
"So it's true..." What's true...? "The vampires have almost broken you. I can see it." He dropped his head into his hands. Who is this guy?
A eerie silence settles over the room, I've grown to hate silence, especially this one. The strange vampire looked at me. His eyes soft, and sad. He gave me a weak smile. "Your quite the strong one though." He lifted a hand to my face and cringe away from him.
Don't touch me...
Than I get something I haven't had in a long time.
A breath fresh air. He took off the mask! I look at him with wide eyes.
"Sorry. I just thought that you would have wanted this off is all." He set the mask on the nightstand. He turned his back to me.
I take in big breaths, a small smile forms it's way onto my face. It feels like years since I've smiled. Well, I guess it has been years.
I try to slip my arm out of the bounds, it's only slightly successful due to the fact that I basically a rack of bones. The man heard my shuffling. He looked at me with his grey eyes. "Be careful." He started to unlatch the straps holding me down to the bed. I instantly stop moving and look at the man with confusion.
"I was just loosening the straps-"
I quickly shook my head no, I parted my lips trying to force words out, but years of being mute, and screaming for about year really damaged my throat. "N-n-n-o-o..." I cringed at the sound of my voice, it sounded like nails being dragged along a chalkboard.
"Alright..." He studied me for a second.
"N-n-a-m-e?"
He smiled gently at me "Dominik. Do you know your name?" He tilted his head at me.
I thought for a second. Did I know my name? It started with a J... I think... Or was it a L...? A maybe? After a couple more seconds of thinking I remembered.
"J-u-l-i-a-n..." I had the speak slowly to make sure I said it right.
"That's a nice name.... Julian." We sat in silence again.
I heard voices in across the house. My eyes widened in fear. "Ma-sk." I gestured that he should put it back on before the vampires get here. Dominik nodded and seemed hesitant to put it back on, but did eventually. Than he tightened up the straps and stood.
"I'll see you again Julian. Stay strong, okay?"
I gave him a small nod as he walked toward the door. He looked at me one last time before he swiftly left. Not even one minute had gone by before three vampires walked into my room, each wearing a cheeky smile. The youngest licked his lips at the sight of me. "Hey there sunshine." The youngest was by my side within seconds.
The three vampires were brothers. Or so I assumed. They each had some personality or look that made it seem like they were brothers. The youngest has jet black hair and bright ice blue eyes (When they weren't red with thirst of course). He is always wearing a black t-shirt and black skinny jeans. He seems obsessed with the color.
The middle vampire was always quiet, unlike the youngest, he also had a dark brown head of hair and pale ice blue eyes. I rarely saw him. But whenever I did, he was always wearing this robe of sort, it was a deep velvety color. He never really harmed me like the others, but seeing me hurt and in pain would always make that sinister sneer make its way to his lips.
The eldest, he was the one I feared most. He had a crazed look in his blue eyes almost all the time, and loved to see the color red, which included my blood. He always wore red skinny jeans and a red shirt, and when I got red blood on his clothes, he would just love them even more. He's a sick, twisted vampire.
The youngest ran a hand down my chest, eyeing me like candy. "Brother?" He looked at the eldest. They never said their names around me...
"Yes?"
"Can we take him to the basement now? I'm hungry." He barred his fangs at me, they were practically dripping with saliva waiting to sink themselves into my neck.
"Of course." The eldest smirked at me, my stomach may have been empty for the last four days, but that didn't stop me from wanting to hurl. This guy made me sick to the stomach with fear.
The middle brother and the youngest smiled their wicked grins. The middle brother made his way over to me and helped the youngest un-strap me. Once that was done they hoisted me up into a sitting position. My head lolled with each movement.
They let me fall to the floor before picking me up again by the arms and dragging me out of my room. I had no more control over what I was doing, my limbs useless as they dragged me to my hell in the basement.
