Confession

     Once the memorial finally ended, the Scouts were given a weekend off to recover their strength and relax. It was what they all needed after an intense battle against their enemies. Meanwhile, it was nightfall, and Izuku was outside of the bunkers to get some air when he noticed that Eren was already there.

Izuku: "Eren?"

Eren: "Hey, Zuki."

Izuku: "You had the same idea too?"

Eren: "Yeah, guess we both keep having the same thoughts."

Izuku: "Yeah; Mind if I join you?"

Eren: "Not at all; Go ahead."

     Izuku then took a seat next to Eren, and enjoyed the nightly fresh air before 1 of them spoke up again.

Eren: "Man, those were the most hellish moments of our lives, right?"

Izuku: "Yeah, I never thought that we would be able to take on the Military Police as well as the Beast Titan Shifter. That was all so bizarre."

Eren: "I'll say; Well, at least we got the Colossal Titan's power and helped Historia become the queen of Eldia."

Izuku: "Yeah, if we didn't know about the Reiss family before, I don't know what would've happened to both of you."

Eren: "I'm surprised that Katsuki actually helped us survive both of those battles without screwing up anything."

Izuku: "For real, that's gotta be a first for him. Does this mean that you'll finally forgive Kacchan after everything?"

Eren: "Well, he tortured us for 10 years. So, it's probably gonna take that long for me to forgive him."

Izuku: "Fair point."

     After a moment of silence, Eren asked Izuku something that has been on his mind for awhile now.

Eren: "Hey, Zuki?"

Izuku: "Yeah, Eren?"

Eren: "There's something I really gotta tell you. It's just never been easy for me to say it before."

Izuku: "Really? What's up?"

     Eren then took a deep breath, and explained to Izuku how much he cares about him.

Eren: "When we were little kids, I never had very many friends other than you and Armin. When I met Katsuki, I thought he could be a cool guy to hangout with a lot. But then, once he got his quirk, he abandoned me in the forest and betrayed my trust. So, when I heard that you were also being abused by him, I just couldn't handle it."

Izuku: "You mean you were actually worried about me?"

Eren: "I was; Whenever Katsuki gets near us, I was worried about what he would do if he ever got close to you. A boy who was quirkless the same way that I was for a long time. Whenever I'm near you, I feel completely calm and relaxed. I never wanted to lose you."

Izuku: "Eren..."

Eren: "Wait, there's more; As time went on, we both got closer. During that time, I began to feel much more comfortable around you than I did with Katsuki. Zuki, you're the 1 person, aside from Armin, who truly sees me for who I am."

Izuku: "Hold on, Eren, what exactly are you trying to say?"

     Eren then scooted himself closer and told Izuku how he truly feels.

Eren: "I'm saying that I love you, Zuki. I always have for a very long time."

     This motion got Izuku surprised and speechless. He always liked Eren for a long time as well, but he never thought that he would feel the same way. So, he carefully asked Eren as to not upset him at all.

Izuku: "Are you serious?"

Eren: "I am; No way would I ever lie to you on anything."

Izuku: "So, you really want someone like me to be your boyfriend?"

     This gave Eren the opportunity of cupping Izuku's face gently, and kissed him sweetly and passionately. This made Izuku slowly return the favor and felt speechless afterwards.

Eren: "That answer your question?"

Izuku: "Possibly."

Eren: "Then there you go."

Izuku: "Hehehe."

     Both boys then hugged each other tightly and kissed again knowing that they finally hooked up. However, they couldn't stay out for very long. So, they got up and returned to the bunkers.

Eren: "C'mon, we better head back before the others come looking for us."

Izuku: "Good idea."

     The boys then returned to the bunkers and got in their own beds to rest for the night after they hugged, kissed, and smiled at each other while everyone else was already asleep.

Eren: "See you in the morning, Zuki."

Izuku: "Goodnight, Eren."

     Izuku then turned off the light and they both started to try getting some rest. However, Izuku was still awake thinking about the kiss he shared with Eren and internally freaking out about it.

Izuku: "(OH MY GOD! DID THAT REALLY JUST HAPPEN!? EREN REALLY KISSED ME AND ASKED ME TO BE HIS BOYFRIEND! I CAN HARDLY BELIEVE IT! THIS HAS GOTTA BE THE BEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE! SUCK ON THAT, KACCHAN! HAHAHAHAHAHA! I can't wait to tell Armin and Mikasa about this! I'm sure they'll be excited about it! Although, I don't think Kacchan will be happy about it. Still, I can't wait to see how jealous he'll be when he hears about me hooking up with someone before him.)"

     Once he had his thoughts sorted out, Izuku slowly closed his eyes and got some sleep. Meanwhile, Eren was still awake thinking about the kiss and couldn't stop staring at Izuku.

Eren: "(I DID IT! I REALLY DID IT! I KISSED MY CHILDHOOD CRUSH AND GOT HIM TO BE MY BOYFRIEND! OH MY GOD! ARMIN AND MIKASA ARE GONNA BE SO DAMN EXCITED WHEN THEY HEAR ABOUT ALL OF THIS! THIS HAS GOTTA BE THE BEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE!)"

     As his thoughts continued on, he slowly started acting possessive again and made 1 statement very clear to always remember.

Eren: "(Zuki, my 1 and only precious angel; If we ever do part ways, carry me in your heart and I'll always be there for you. Never let that explosion bastard, Katsuki, get the best of you. If he dares to try anything, I'll kill him with my own 2 hands.)"

     After he had his thoughts sorted out, Eren slowly closed his eyes, and got some sleep.
